I went to get a cute nail design short length square and they completely missed the design close to none of my nails are the same shape there clumpy and all together not what I wanted I asked for a refund and for them to remove the nails but she refused to remove them and only gave me less then half of my refund and was completely unprofessional and disrespectful the whole time I’ve been there multiple times and never worked with her and I’ve been fine with my product but with her it wasn’t right at all and I had a big event coming up and I explained that I needed them off but she started complaining about her personal struggles (Tina is who did my nails) and when I told her I needed my money because I can’t just waste money on unworthy product and she told me she needed the money way more than I could imagine

Owner does a fantastic job but the guy in the back who's been there a couple years now does it his way even if you ask for different. It's hard getting such different qualities of work. They owner is very talented and does beautiful dip nails!

I had gotten my nails done here for the first time, I usually go to Tammys Nails in Redding but they were packed so we came here and I got to say they came out pretty but it was not the greatest work, nails are lumpy and not smooth. Also when they filed my nails I got cut TWICE with the nail filer from how hard/roughly they do it, was not gentle at all until after I pulled my hand away from getting cut. Tina was the only friendly worker for she actually cared if you liked your nails and was gentle while working with you, but wouldn’t really recommend them as my first option for others.

I have to say the people were nice but I went there today to get nails done it was my first time going here I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but it was close and they got some glue on around my nail on my finger. Other than that the experience was good. I do like how they turned out . place was good ,good service and nice people.

They took great care of me when we drove four hours to Anderson for a wedding. My feet were in "winter boot" mode and looked hideous! Thank you to the pedicurist who took care of me that day. I really am grateful. She did a great job and was very friendly and nice to me. Thank you! God bless you all in Christ.
