My girlfriend went here to get her nails done, she was the first one on the list. After a few minutes of waiting more people arrived and were asked what they wanted and what colors they wanted. After the lady went went around asking everyone, when it came to my girlfriend she just walked right past her and skipped her just because of the way she looked. The other people that arrived about 25 minutes after my girlfriend, got seated before her. We ended up leaving because we aren’t about to deal with people who don’t want to do someone’s nails just because they have short hair! Never again!!!!! Service: Gel manicure

You ask for something, in this case,dip, and they say yes we do dip. Me and my friend both sit to do it and both of the techs said oh no, acrylic is better, but we want dip... nope they said No.! Besides that, they were freaking so rude. My friends nails looked like a 10 year old could have done better! The guy got mad at HER for asking him if he's really done😡? The front desk and other workers saw and agreed they needed to be redone! We made an appointment for that night, because it was too much to wait all over again, we made it clear to please honor the appointment to be on time, but nope we get there and while they had her soaked in acetone , again!!! He took someone else! We got the money back and left! We were so upset that not only it was so terrible , but now her fingers are peeling from all the acetone they had to sit in! NEVER AGAIN!! gave 1 star 🌟 because there was a minus ! I wish we had taken pictures but my friend was so upset and crying that I didn't dare ask her to. 👎👎👎👎👎

I never leave reviews but I really had to this time. I had acrylics on and asked to get them removed by soak offs. I was told it was “to messy” so she continued taking the acrylics off with a nail tip which was damaging my nails. She was taking off the second nail when i felt she was pulling my actual nail off. I asked her to just stop politely and that I would do it at home. Which I did unfortunately. I am not sure why they dont do what you ask them to do. Laziness? regardless I love getting pedicures from there. Services: Manicures, Pedicures

I was told it would be a 20-minute wait for a pedicure, but when I returned, I was informed they added me to the manicure list. Thus, I had to wait a total of 50 minutes to be seated, but no pedicurist was available. I waited another 15 minutes before getting a pedicure. All in all, I was not happy with this visit.

They never take you in during your appointment time. Every appointment I’ve ever made, I’ve waited 20-30 mins to be seated after my scheduled appointment. Then when you say no thanks I don’t wanna wait anymore, the manager rolls her eyes at you, then after she gives you attitude, she asks when you want to come back. I’m sorry I don’t want to come back to a place where the manager rolls her eyes cause you don’t want to wait 1 hour after your scheduled appointment. Service: Acrylic nails

Why can no one at this place properly shape toenails when doing a pedicure? I've had multiple people do my pedi's here and not once have they shaped them properly. I went to another place and they were done right so I knew I wasn't being crazy. My sister had her toes done here the other day and experienced the same issue. So weird. Linda ( I believe) is very kind. She took her time with me and made the nails just the way I wanted them. I definitely recommend this place especially because the environment and people around are very inviting and sweet. The customer service was wonderful when you first walk in with the two lovely ladies in the front handling the scheduling and placement. Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been going to Red Persimmon for years and haven’t been since sometime last year before the pandemic. My friend and I decided to get pedicures and we got the works. They employees were very kind, and it was so amazing to come in and relax. We had oil treatments, massages, and I love the massage chairs as well. I’ve been so stressed lately and Red Persimmon came through like always. The only issue was that the employee who was with my friend ended up cutting him slightly and he was a little upset. I do think she was new, but my girl was fabulous ❤️ I love this place and definitely recommend going.
