Tried calling pharmacy at 1:20 pm, before their lunch period. After 10 minutes they hung up on me and changed their message to say they were at lunch.

Literally THE worst pharmacy. Waiting for a prescription refill is always difficult. I never get it on the day I'm supposed because they hardly ever fill it when the prescription is sent. I've had to wait up to a week before. Hope no one needs any meds to prevent them from from dyin and they get it here because you would definitely not get your meds on time!

Slowest location in Evansville and inconvenient pharmacy hours for people who don’t work a typical schedule. It’s gotten worse since their brilliant idea to shut down Burkhardt location and move ALL clients to this location. Will be switching all my scripts to a different location.

If the ATM is out of money, PLEASE put an OUT OF ORDER sign on it. So time isn't wasted in line or at the ATM.

I had to switch to a different CVS this location can’t seem to get it right. They NEVER have my prescription ready even a day after it is called in. It’s like they don’t work on your prescription until you show up to pick it up then tell you it’ll be ready in 30mins to an hour. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were just busy but for the 8th time in a row they have done this to me. After reading all of the other reviews I see this is happening a lot. Not sure who runs this location but they need to do better.

They don't fill prescriptions until you argue with them. They have no problem lying to you about your prescriptions for your health stay away from cvs especially this 1. Been with them for 2 months now they've messed up both times and wait for the customer to contact them to find out what's going on!!!

This is literally the slowest pharmacy location I’ve ever used in my life. I transferred all of my prescriptions to this location because it’s closer to home… big, big mistake. They are friendly, but that’s it. I have often waited in line for 30-40 minutes when my prescription is already ready (both in store and in the drive through).

The pharmacists working the drive-thru have always been extraordinarily nice. Picking up my prescription at this location has been fast and easy. Don't know why other people are giving them bad reviews, but I can definitely say in my experience they have been exceptional.

I was looking for a new facial moisturizer and Robin (sp?) helped me a great deal. I appreciated her help. I purchased her recommendation and hope it works for me. My cashier was also very friendly and nice. She helped me update some info on my CVS card.

CVS is always slow no matter which location I go to but it’s never been an issue until today. Today my husband got his wisdom teeth out so I took the prescriptions in to get all the medication he would need afterwards. When I dropped off the prescriptions they said it would take 30 minutes to a hour and I have them my phone number so they could call when they were ready. At an hour I hadn’t heard anything and my husband was starting to be in a lot of pain so I went back to see if they were ready and they said two of the prescriptions weren’t ready yet and to give them another 15 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I STILL hadn’t heard anything. I went back at that point and asked and they were ready but I never received a call or text that the prescriptions were ready for pick up like I usually do for all my other medications. This was a very frustrating experience
