I purchased a used washer and dryer from Soto Appliances last month. They were very flexible on the delivery date because we had to keep changing it due to circumstances around closing on a new home. They were prompt and friendly, and they installed them, no prob. Minus one star for the washer smelling a bit sour after we ran it for the first time, but it took only one cycle with one of those washing machine cleaners and it was gone. Suggestion to Soto: Do that before selling it so the buyers don't have to. I did read some previous reviews about warranties not being fulfilled so I'll update this if that should happen-- otherwise, my experience with them has been positive. UPDATE: The washing machine broke a few weeks after I purchased it, but Soto was quick to replace it with a comparable one and so far, it's been great! Thank you Soto Appliance for keeping to your promise of warranty service. I added a star!

Purchased a used refrigerator in late July in a panic when ours suddenly stopped working. Picked an APARTMENT SIZE GE brand that was way overpriced ($250 plus $70 to deliver which was added immediately before swiping our credit card, so beware!) but we couldn’t wait two weeks for our local home improvement to deliver as they were out of stock on quite a few refrigerators due to the pandemic. It’s now just at the 90 day mark so I will update as to getting a refund. My problem is that they’re price gouging during this pandemic AND selling obvious junk! Yes, they’ll deliver next day but at what cost? Highly disappointed like many other Google reviewers.

I bought a clothes washer on a Saturday, it was delivered the following Monday at the appointed time. It was delivered by two gentlemen that seemed professional, courteous ,quick on my setup. My problem is the salesman!!! Being a white American, he treated me kind of south of the boardish. I guess I wasn't Brown enough, but white but the delivery man or exceptionally good enough for him to take my money

Stay away. The owner is rude, not helpful. Yes they have a 90 day return policy. Good luck getting him to call you back. He will go ghost on you when there is a problem. He also went on here and gave himself 5 stars. Shameful as hell.

We bought a whirlpool refrigerator with an ice maker and the ice bin that came with it wasn't the correct size so they offered us another one that also didn't fit. After calling again to let them know they ended up ordering us a brand new one at no charge! They are awesome and we highly recommend them! We will be returning for any future needs we may have!

I usually get my washer and dryers here. They give 90 day warranties. One time my dryer went out 2 days after the warranty so i took it in and they gave me $50 off the next on. Decently priced and aray of models.
