Staff extremely rude. Was standing at the register, while clerk was putting away stock behind register. Another clerk walked up and said you have a customer, and the first clerk said he can wait till I finish. This was not the first instance, but it will be the last. On top of that, items and selections are very in comparison to the store in Eyota. Would not recommend the St. Charles store at all.

The wait time is always long in order to check out, and the store always seems cluttered and unorganized. But, on the plus side they usually have friendly staff and a great selection to choose from.

Not enough help. Felt sorry for the two workers on duty as it seemed they were trying to checkout, unload a truck, stock shelves, and take a breather all at once.

I prefer to shop local but they have a lot of things other stores in town don't have which has been nice.

It's nice because it's local. Little variety. There coupon system is?? I've noticed several times things ring up wrong price..Placed in wrong area believing it was the price posted.. Friendly, good service

Great prices on dry food like Mac and cheese, decent makeup selection, and some basic clothing items. Staff are a little loud but no one was rude to me.

Love that St. Charles got a DG - it is so nice not having to go to Rochester and get some of the necessary items that the local grocery store doesn't carry!

Good deals at this one. Each store carries different items. So I really shop them all around Rochester. This one is not as "put together" as some of the others. The clerk was very efficient and polite. Thank you again for that.

I love this store. The people are friendly and helpful. They greet you when you come in and thank you when you go out. They have many things the bigger stores have and some things are cheaper.
