I have had more than a few trips to this location when the pump is out of paper for receipts. It is inconvenient to wait in the long line at the register just for the receipt. I called the manager, named Rana, and told her about the frequency of this happening. She was extremely polite and said I don't blame you for being upset! If that happens again feel free to use the PA at the pump and ask the cashier to walk your receipt out to you! The last 6 trips the pump printed my receipt. Very good manager at this location! I will be going back soon! This location is VERY clean including the restrooms!!

Used to be good service and realitivly good food for a "gas station". Today I search for alternatives, as the lines are long and management is rude. The regular staff seem to be trying hard, but this place isn't ran like the other Thorntons stations. 10/22/21 update: Went back today.... long lines with employees ignoring customers. Other locations of this chain are really decent, but not this location.

It's a gas station, it's clean considering how busy it always is. They should create a better way of waiting in line to check out. Currently the line will prevent other customers from being able to access half the store.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! Honestly they have everything! The selection of food they offer is better than any gas station/convenience store in Evansville...by far!!! Today I couldn't resist getting the 2 beef hotdogs for $3. They offer the best selection of condiments!

I'm an employee and just wanted to say that a lot of customers think our job is easy and it's not. We try very hard to satisfy you guys to the fullest!! We try to learn who you are and what you want and even how you want it. Some of my coworkers definitely don't get enough credit. And to the comment that someone lost their wallet and was interrupted and told it wasn't there and there wasn't enough time to check? We have a cabinet right by the phone that we use all day for not just lost things. We have keys. So we are constantly opening it. More than likely we already know what's in the cabinet and what's not. Probably didn't wanna waste her time and knew we didn't have a wallet. To help any customers wanting to shop here.. we don't carry some things the other stores do so if it's something specific you may want to call and make sure we carry it. Wonderful New in store rewards program that's a must have. I participate most definitely. Have a wonderful day.
