Very nice and friendly staff. There's one kid in there with brown curly hair and I see him really taking his job to passion. He had a friendly voice and very quickly made exactly what I wanted. I wandered my way over to Subway the other day to fulfill my dying need of a pizza sub. I know this isn't your standard Subway meal so of course I was quite nervous to order. At that moment I met the most professional, comforting, and understanding employee. She had long blonde hair and a skeleton tattoo on her arm. She without hesitation made the most delectable pizza sub I have ever encountered from this establishment. If I could Id give more stars than I can. She is undoubtedly the best sub maker I have ever met.

I’ve been here numerous times and have only had one bad experience. One time they only had one worker and it was slammed. I don’t blame her for tho. Went here again today and as usual friendly staff and they had us in and out in no time. The food is fresh and delicious!

My family and I ate here last night and we have never been so impressed with a Subway in our entire lives! We had a very rambunctious, hyper 2 year old son with us and the girls we're so friendly and very patient with us especially when we ate in the restaurant! The woman that made our sandwiches accommodated us so well and even offered to microwave our son's sandwich so it wouldn't get hard in the toaster oven and she cut his sandwich into small pieces so it would be easier for him to eat it! They were both just absolutely fantastic I love how friendly, patient,caring and professional the girls are that work there and if we ever go back to Subway this is the one I would choose and strongly recommend! I've always gotten good service there, despite all the changes in personnel over the years. I was just there today, and there was only ONE person serving everybody that came in. That might've been daunting for some people, but the woman behind the counter was fast, courteous and friendly to everyone. She gets a big shout-out for doing such a great job.

Says they are open until 9pm. Says this online and on the door. I show up at 8pm walk in and the worker says oh I'm sorry we are closed, I forgot to lock the door. I'm literally sitting here in my car staring at the big neon OPEN sign still on after she locked the door when I left. It takes a lot to irritate me, but why advertise time frames and not go with them. Simply put a note on the door if something happened and you can't take business. It's just poor business modeling.

A Tale of Two Cities. I went to the Subway on Tussing Rd in Reynoldsburg. Google showed they closed at 8pm. The night before, I arrived at 7:45pm. A young woman was mopping the floor and their door was locked. She wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Fast forward to my visit today at 7:30pm. Surprise, closed, lights out. I visited a location in Pickerington, located off SR256. They were open. Staff was very professional, polite and courteous! Moral of the story, do not give an establishment your business after two strikes. Who wants to strike out?! I don't and won't. PS, the Pickerington location...5 STARS!

I've always loved Subway! This location can be a little slow sometimes and employees aren't consistent. The friendliness of the staff varies. I'm here for food, you're here for a paycheck, let's get 'er done, efficiently. Thank you, have a nice day :) Their new wraps are delicious!!
