My car was in need of new tires, brake pads and suspension, I felt it was not safe for me to drive and I had plans to go out of town. Zach, the manager, was able to get me in, he searched for hours to find the right parts for my car, he was very kind and professional, he gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on and he was able to get all the work done that day! I was very pleased with the service I received and now I feel a lot safer driving out of town.

Weekend of July 4th, flat tire. Desperately trying to find anyone to help, until these guys finally came through! Very friendly and professional. While we're not local, would absolutely recommend this place for the work ethic alone! Work was completed well and speedily.

I got a flat tire on Tuesday 4/20/22, drove to a tire shop but they couldn’t figure out why I was losing air. They put some air in and sent me on my way. Wednesday no tire problem. Thursday morning comes and my tire is flat again. Called my car insurance and they sent roadside assistance but they couldn’t figure it out either. At this point I was worried. So this morning I went to Tire Choice Auto Service Center! They were God sent! They were able to determine that, a nail went in and came out and that was why I was losing air. They immediately mounted my car, took the tire out, did their magic and fixed my car all within about 30 minutes! While waiting, Shea the Store Manager and I struck out a conversation talking about family, kids and us as parents. Everyone there was so professional, friendly, courteous and above all I was in and out and because of my busy schedule as a mum of 4, that felt really amazing. I would love to recommend this place to everyone! Shea, I wanna tell you that, you got yourself a new customer plus more! Thanks for a wonderful service today! Keep up the good work!

When this place was monro, it was pretty cool. However, tire choice is awful. I had a blown tire and although they fixed it quickly, they didn't put the same tire on. My car now has a slight shake at higher speeds. Additionally, they scraped the heck out of my rim. Update: after telling the manager of this location about the problem, he could not find a replacement rim. Upon calling customer service, all they did was refund partial cost of this new tire, not all of it. After a tire rebalance at Don Hartman in canal winchester. The tire was 3 ounces off balance. My car drives so much smoother after hartman than it did tire choice. Just a little 2022 update, I have somehow gotten all the way up to corporate customer support with still no response or full refund issued.

The worst ever. Went there for brakes and was told it was back brakes. I asked twice if it was front brakes and advised no I’m an RN but I do know front brakes is always the first to go. Paid 500.00 for back brakes when it was the front brakes. The. Guy lied to my husband and tried to say he said it was both. Nothing but lies and high way robbery! Save ur time and money and go somewhere else! Would give 0 stars!
