I transferred my valid script for Suboxone to this store and the head pharmacist won’t allow it to be filled. Now I can’t transfer the script back to the CVS that filled it previously because it’s a controlled substance. I’ve been Suboxone on for 15 years and now I have to go get fentanyl on the street and risk dying.

Filled a prescription under the wrong patient, refused to acknowledge their mistake or make it right. RX was filled under my husband’s twin brother…who has never taken that medication nor has ever been a patient under that prescriber. Extremely poor customer service…mistakes happen that can be forgiven but refusing to acknowledge their mistake can be harmful, even fatal for some patients & prescription drugs. Pharmacist is very rude, multiple attempts to get my prescription with them. Don't waste your time, terrible attitude, terrible customer service, hopefully CVS Corporate will take action. Still don't have my prescription. Switched from Kroger's Refugee Rd (which we've used for 10 years with no issues) to this CVS due to insurance coverage(s) changing, and worst mistake. This CVS could personally care less, and when they make a mistake on their end, it's not their mistake it's yours.

I just went in to get a prescription for my mom, they told me it would be an hour wait. I wait an hour, come back and they tell me it'll be another 40 minutes. If it was going to take nearly 2 hours I wish someone would've told me sooner.

He spoke to me in a very condescending tone and manner and when I had concerns he made it seem as if I was arguing with him in that I should just get out of his way because he's too busy. I thought so uncomfortable that I had to cancel my prescription for my wife's surgery and get it sent to a different CVS because I was afraid he might tamper with the prescriptions after our interaction. I recommend you go somewhere else or file complaints formally so that something's done about those individuals who act this way at that location.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it has definitely went downhill. They take forever to fill a script and the customer service is horrible. I will be going to a different location since things have NOT improved and they don't have empathy for their customers ar all.

I rated this place a one star because I couldn’t rate it a zero. This place is absolutely horrendous. I’m constantly having issues with them not having my prescription ready when they tell me it’s ready. My most recent issue was calling in a refill using the automated system. I gave them an extra four hours to make sure it was ready. Once I arrived I was told that they were having issues with their system and they had not received it. Here I sit waiting 30 minutes for them to fill it.the only reason I come here is because my insurance prefers me to use CVS. One thing positive is the people working the window are polite. It’s just very frustrating when the only reason to come out today was to get my prescription.

Always incredibly slow service the drivethru, phone’s automated answering/hold music is enough to drive a person mad, and good luck getting through to the pharmacy if you need to talk to an actual person — my average hold time is at least 20 minutes. And God forbid Caleb answer the phone — I called 10 minutes before their 1:30 lunch but sat on hold until right at 1:30 and he told me he answered as a courtesy (really though?) but that I would have to call back, then placed me back on a hold for 30+ minutes when I asked to speak to someone else. Save yourselves the headache and find ANY other pharmacy.

She was so rude I cannot believe that they treat their customers like this I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it’s the only pharmacy My insurance covers so I have no other choice or else I would never come back. It looks like she hasn’t even taken a shower washed her hair in a months not that is relevant. I’m just very angry. I’ve been told my prescription would be ready for the last three days now and now she’s lying and saying my doctor won’t let her fill it until Monday today is Saturday I just talked to my doctor yesterday and I know that’s not true. I asked to see proof and she wouldn’t show it. It’s because it was her choice not to fill my prescription. I went in last night to try and get it and a pharmacy tech told me it wouldn’t be ready till 10 PM last night I ended up falling asleep so I went this morning and they completely change the date on me. This is happened three times now. If the information the pharmacy tech told me isn’t true then why is the pharmacist letting employees tell me false information. She should be fired, she’s the worst.
