Ok, trying to be patient but just left Kroger AGAIN swearing I would never go back at least to this location. Here’s an example of my checkout, I had a coupon for almond milk ( simple truth brand” bagger woman who was management but helping says loudly “ I see a LOT of ice cream but NO almond milk anywhere ” after holding up the lane I dig through what SHE JUST bagged and find it. Rude rude rude people work here. ~Helen

Jay and his team are the best. They are very busy because they are so good! For those that have to wait for an appt a few days it’s WORTH the wait! Jay worked me in as soon as he could to help me with my car. He even looked up a recall on my car and took the time to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Don’t take your car anywhere else! ~Ann

I got a flat tire on Tuesday 4/20/22, drove to a tire shop but they couldn’t figure out why I was losing air. They put some air in and sent me on my way. Wednesday no tire problem. Thursday morning comes and my tire is flat again. Called my car insurance and they sent roadside assistance but they couldn’t figure it out either. At this point I was worried. So this morning I went to Tire Choice Auto Service Center! They were God sent! They were able to determine that, a nail went in and came out and that was why I was losing air. They immediately mounted my car, took the tire out, did their magic and fixed my car all within about 30 minutes! While waiting, Shea the Store Manager and I struck out a conversation talking about family, kids and us as parents. Everyone there was so professional, friendly, courteous and above all I was in and out and because of my busy schedule as a mum of 4, that felt really amazing. I would love to recommend this place to everyone! Shea, I wanna tell you that, you got yourself a new customer plus more! Thanks for a wonderful service today! Keep up the good work! ~Afia

Pharmacist is very rude, multiple attempts to get my prescription with them. Don't waste your time, terrible attitude, terrible customer service, hopefully CVS Corporate will take action. Still don't have my prescription. Switched from Kroger's Refugee Rd (which we've used for 10 years with no issues) to this CVS due to insurance coverage(s) changing, and worst mistake. This CVS could personally care less, and when they make a mistake on their end, it's not their mistake it's yours. ~John

They are nice but she did put the right amount of prescription so I had to go back to get the right amount. It also didnt fix the problem and there is no way to contact them. ~michelle
