Unfortunately my Papaw passed away and his funeral was last week. We were told about Cottage Florist by our family, and they did an excellent job. The flowers were gorgeous. My sister and her family, her in-laws, and my family sent bouquets over. They even did the flowers on my Papaw's casket too. Despite the circumstances, the flowers were so gorgeous and vibrant. Thank you for your hard work during this difficult time.

The owner is great and very accommodating and They went above and beyond my expectations! I ordered a few very specific single stem flowers and needed them very early in the morning. Knowing that, I was offered the opportunity to pick them up before regular store hours to accommodate my needs. They not only sold me great quality fresh flowers but also went out of their way to put them in separate bud vases with ribbon!

I could not be more disappointed. The bouquet received was uneven, poorly put together and vastly different than what I ordered. I understand some substitutions may need to be made but at least make sure bouquet is symmetrical. The pictures below show what I ordered vs what was delivered.

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. I received a call on Saturday morning telling me to call back, they had a delivery for me. I called the number back that morning, left a message that I was home. Never heard back from the caller. Flowers came Monday. I think my daughter should get her money back!

Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered to her at work for Valentines Day. At noon I spoke with a very friendly woman from Cottage that told me the flowers were on the truck for delivery at that time. Now it is almost 4 my wife is less than an hour from being off work and she still hasn't received the flowers. Have been trying to call but both numbers listed are busy and have been for an hour. Think they may have taken the phone off of the hook. Not sure whether or not we are pleased with the flowers since they haven't been delivered yet, but am less than thrilled with the service at this point. Not sure I would recommend them......Update.....Now 10 minutes till 5 and my wife actually had to go pick them up in person. They never did answer their phone so I had to send her over to the shop in person with me on speaker phone. So much for surprising her at work. I was lied to when told they were on the truck being delivered and then had to ruin the surprise by sending her to pick them up in person. I am highly upset at the service I received from this company and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone. Beware of this place. They will charge you a delivery fee and not deliver and then lie to you and say they are being delivered. Can't stress enough how pissed I am right now.
