I ordered flowers from Mel’s Blossoms for the first time for a funeral. I used to live in Portage for years and now live in Ohio. The flowers I ordered were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend Mel’s Blossoms for all of your flower needs!

We specifically asked for teal and gray colors since that is the color is my daughter is wearing to prom. Never once did the owner tell us that teal was not an option. They were supposed to send me a picture of the flowers and boutonnieres on Friday but did not. This is what I got when I picked it up this morning. Prom is today. Owner was so rude. Never use this establishment, poor service disappointing. Flower Power in Portage did a fantastic job giving us what we wanted right on spot.

I've been using Mels for several years now and they've never disappointed. This year I used their website to order flowers and it was flawless. Super happy and so was my lady. Website pictures could be better considering the flowers that came looked 10x better than what they display online. But hey, under promise over achieve is not a bad way to run a business either. I called in TODAY from Arizona after a disaster with 1-800-Flowers and spoke to a really great gentleman. I told them I was in a pinch for a same day delivery and what my vision was. Not only did they accommodate for a great price with a beautiful arrangement, the delivery was received in less than an hour from the time I called. I would highly recommend Mel's Blossoms. I saw this arrangement on line and knew I wanted it for my Aunts funeral. They didn’t deliver to the funeral home that my Aunt was at it was to far out. So I opted to pick it up. The arrangement was absolutely BEAUTIFUL they did a fabulous job.
