Very rude. Employees act like helping their customers is a major inconvenience. This was not a one time poor experience. Between my boyfriend and I we had at least 3 different instances. I guess I'll take my business to one of the many other auto shops in Portage.

I'm 62 year old mechanic. I have used AZ for years. For personal and company use. Today I attempted to purchase front rotors pads and calipers for a 2012 Chevy Sonic. 540.00 ?? I said Orielys has same parts for 370.00. and I was told very rude to go to Orielys. So ok from now on. AZ won't b called again..

Never has any parts that I need, nor good tools. Just go to NAPA. Cannot return new tools in original condition that have not seen almost any use despite what is claimed on their website and receipt. There is only one helpful associate on staff as everyone else needs better customer service training, among other things. I recommend NAPA, they are way better and much more knowledgeable (besides the fact they almost always have what I need). It seems like whenever I can't get any help at Autozone, NAPA would always be there as a backup

Ask for help or parts and get told to call the dealer. Call 3 other auto supply stores and they actually attempt to help and end up finding what I need with out me having to go to the dealer. They have very nasty attitudes. The one older white lady with red scraggly hair is so rude. Ab employee was called from the back to come up and work. Complained and sighed rolling his eyes cussing the whole time. I will never go here again

Portage fireworks we’re great! AutoZone manager has been having all the cars towed from their lot for the past 30 minutes. Thanks for showing your support to the community, NOT!! I won’t be going back to their store EVER!! They were even closed.
