Took my battery in to charge ..they took my number and didn't even call me . after an 1 and 1/2 wait ..I returned ..the crossed eyed dude said my battery was WELL BEYOND 900 and that I'm good to go ..pulled off and the immediately A RED car battery signal ...went back and told the cross eyed gentleman what happened ..he said it must be something in my car ...took it to AutoZone ..and when they plugged it ..they shook their heads saying "You're battery just needs a charge .. Advanced Auto Zone has wasted at least 3 hrs of my Sunday and I pray it returns back to them x10. Dishonest people , Racist and Condicending. AutoZone made my day better . These guys are Advanced are losers

The two ladies that were working were fantastic when it came to helping me with what I needed! I also treated my daughter like a queen! We had a great time even though we just came in to get a bulb!

Horrible customer service!!! Ive never had a issue with this location up until just the past few months and I've been coming there for 7 years now. They need to hire new staff that actually cares about there jobs rather then just doing the bare minimum to get a check.

I have never dealt with such horrible service as I had today Normally it's pretty good I had to do a return last week with an online order that was totally destroyed And they couldn't do their full change and I had to go through Cushmer service But for every time it's never really been that big problem then today I bought a part took it home and The clip was too small no biggie Want to bring it back to doing exchange And they told me that there were dirty parts in there so they weren't gonna let me do an exchange parts that I've never even touched then I look at The new one that I'm doing the exchange for that should be the right 1 and there's missing parts in there

They were very helpful! I needed a part for my truck but they didn't have. They called the other shops around & found it for me! So I was able to get my truck fixed in no time!! Thank you all for your help! I would definitely recommend anyone coming here for everything!! The employee's were very helpful!! Thanks 😊 again!!
