Everyone at this location always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Christian was especially helpful last time I went in. I definitely prefer this Advanced Auto Parts to other local competitors. I have had many pleasant experiences and will definitely be back! Customer service and guarantees on the tools are the best. Definitely justifies spending a little more in some cases.

I have been here several times in the past few weeks to get some parts for my car and have been incredibly and happily surprised by the amazing service. They'll sell you the wrong parts of you're not 100% sure of what you need. One of the cashiers was very off putting when I asked for help picking socket wrenches for a tune up on my car. If you know what you need and can decide for yourself the place is fine, just wish the staff was more dedicated.

I've always had a good experience with the folks at this location, until today. I was hoping that i could get a simple test on wires in my license plate lights, but no, try to sell me something instead. I won't be back. Sadly, this is not a reflection of all staff there -they're great. This chap wouldn't even answer my question, so that pushed me away.
