Best auto parts store in Portage, Indiana (IN) 2024

Very rude. Employees act like helping their customers is a major inconvenience. This was not a one time poor experience. Between my boyfriend and I we had at least 3 different instances. I guess I'll take my business to one of the many other auto shops in Portage. ~Sandra

Took my battery in to charge ..they took my number and didn't even call me . after an 1 and 1/2 wait ..I returned ..the crossed eyed dude said my battery was WELL BEYOND 900 and that I'm good to go ..pulled off and the immediately A RED car battery signal ...went back and told the cross eyed gentleman what happened ..he said it must be something in my car ...took it to AutoZone ..and when they plugged it ..they shook their heads saying "You're battery just needs a charge .. Advanced Auto Zone has wasted at least 3 hrs of my Sunday and I pray it returns back to them x10. Dishonest people , Racist and Condicending. AutoZone made my day better . I had a flat I have been to this company before very fine service all around. And decided to have tires rotated and balanced. Another fine job. Fixed my jittery front tires with the balancing. Would recommend this company to anyone. ~Glen

Purchased a new battery on line only to be charged again at the store! Took them two weeks to refund my money and I still feel I was overcharged. Battery is fine but I would not recommend on line purchases!! ~Don
