This Post Office is OUTSTANDING AND EXCELLENT!!! I had an issue that was very important to me and the staff here were all on board to help me. They went above and beyond their job duties!! Lisa, Jennifer, Christina, Tammy, Terry. ALL of them. I've been coming here for 18yrs. And they are all helpful and Courteous!! I strongly believe if you are courteous to someone they usually will be just as nice and understanding.

I've been going to this post office frequently for more than five years. I've sent out a lot of mail (international and domestic), bought money orders, used a PO box and never had an issue except for maybe a long line during peak hours. Staff is courteous and as friendly as they can be.

I brought a handful of reports in to be mailed out like my job has me do here and there and I got nothing but disrespect and hearing the person helping me tell her co-workers she’s got “this mess” to deal with while I’m standing right here just doing as I was told by my manager this isn’t the best way to show kind service. I get it. I have a handful of stuff that needs to be mailed out but my place I work for has brought this here for years and it’s not my fault I have to do this like I said I’m just doing my job. I would appreciate it if they wouldn’t be so dang rude. Makes me never want to go in there again.

The mail will come at 10am one day 5PM the next. Then when our mail lady takes off which alot she does tell me how they can send someone to deliver mail on the very next street but not here instead forced to wait till all banks and etc. Are closed. No matter how much mail you have you are not delivering to no more house just another piece of mail to put in mailbox. The employees here are so much to blame also. No wonder why the post office is facing its demise! They do not work hard nor do they have to remember addresses seriously it's a route they do everyday. You think they would have it down packed by now.

So rude! The lady has us step to the side to tape our box, but when we came back to the counter she had left. We were standing there waiting for someone to help us and they completely ignored us. We asked the other worker if the her coworker was coming back, and she said in ten minutes. Instead of helping us she decided to ignore us and keep helping other customers who were there after us. We had been there for 15 minutes, yet people who were there after us received service faster. Just ridiculous and unnecessary actions and service.

I have the best mailman ever, Drew. You can tell when it’s he day off. He puts the mail in the box so you can reach it from your car, the other’s just toss it in. I was reading some of the other comments about at the post office and yes, sometimes you have to wait, but when it’s your turn smile be nice and they give you the same curtesy. I’ve never had bad service but I always have a great attitude. My mom always said smile, you never know, that one little smile might change somebody’s life.

I consistently use this post office whenever I need to buy stamps or send packages. I have never had a problem with this branch. There is usually never a long wait whether I go before or after work or even at lunchtime. The staff is always very friendly.

I spoke to a few employees at this post office throughout a little over a week's time span - I was able to speak to someone courteous who actually seemed concerned that nobody could seem to find my $105 package, unfortunately he was an employee and not a supervisor. Long story short - Lisa was extremely off putting in the way that she spoke to me as if I was a child and inconveniencing her day. I spoke with her manager today who excused her behavior because she was "probably busy" and when I inquired about higher up management I could put in a complaint to he told me that the complaint would simply come back to him. Lastly, he told me I "shouldn't count on" the mail forwarding system to actually get my mail to me. How wonderful, right? (this isn't even half of what's wrong here, but I can't waste my day complaining about something that won't change)
