My friend placed a order 8-15 yesterday for my birthday for some reason they couldn't deliver 🙃 here it is 12:00 the next day and I still don't have my order😫 this is so unacceptable!

WOW! I live in FL my mom in Portage. I placed an order of berries for Mother's Day for her and when they were delivered today the driver called her when she didn't answer the door, he found she would not be home by 5pm and he obtained her work address (closer to 51) and continued to complete her delivery. Mr Driver YOU are AMAZING! THANK YOU for your outstanding extra efforts! The berries are also beautiful and she says delicious. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I will continue to come back for the amazing treats and OUTSTANDING customer service. Please let this driver know how appreciated he is!

Um... WOW! I'm very happy with this place. I live out in NYC and I needed a delivery to someone QUICKLY. They delivered it so fast and the process was so easy. THIS is great service. So grateful to the team! Thank you for working so quickly! Only piece of feedback I have is that I wish the packaging was a little more appealing. Other than that, all was great! ♥️

I placed a last minute online order for my mom's birthday. I'm 9 hours from her. They had her arrangement to her next day. She said they were beautiful and delicious. Thank you for delivering a special birthday surprise when I couldn't be there myself. I will be ordering again 😁

Sandy answered the phone and I described my situation—I ordered online but there was an “oversight” and they never placed my order that was supposed to be sent to my mother in Indiana from Dallas, where I live. I wanted to place an order for pickup that my brother can pick up. She took my order and was very rude because I accidentally called the chocolate pops •cake” pops saying she has no idea what I’m talking about. Once we FINALLY got the order right,after them being out of several things...which I totally understand, it’s time to take my payment.. As I’m giving her my DALLAS billing address and stops me rudely in the middle as says “why do you have an Indiana area code and a Dallas address”....I said “um why is that relevant?” She then proceeded to say that there has been FRAUD! I COULDNT STOP MYSELF FROM CHUCKLING A LITTLE. FRAUD FOR 85 AT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS I asked?? So as she continues to take my information down to pay she says surprisingly ITS PROCESSED. I say, well of course. I don’t see any confirmation here, how will my brother be able to pick up the order? You never asked his name....She ALSO forgot to add my email address for confirmation page and asking if I wanted a note. THIS WAS THE WORST AND MOST GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BLATANTLY RACIST EXPERIENCE. SANDY SHAME ON YOU. YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING A CUSTOMER FACING ROLE IF YOU ACT THIS WAY TOWARDS ANYBODY LET ALONE NEW CUSTOMERS.
