Great customer service, smoothies made correctly and quickly, and clean area seating areas. Been here many times recently and have yet to encounter issues!

I’ve been going to this location for years, however these last few years the level of customer service has declined. My last two visits in particular were undesirable. I had a mobile order that was placed well in advanced, got to the store to pick it up & the smoothies weren’t made. It was busy so I had to get in line & reorder which for whatever reason made them have an attitude…ok. I gave it a second chance. A young lady greeted me but the attitude of the guy taking my order, unnecessary, especially since I repeatedly told him I had rewards & he just ignored it. My order also was missing the extra pb I ordered. Gladly going to any other location!

The staff is horrible. No greeting when I walked in. The employees were taking amongst themselves and did not end the conversation. They were speaking bad about another employee. There is trash all over the floors and on the counters. No napkins in the lobby. I attached pictures. This smoothie king is disgusting.

A couple years ago, I stopped going to this location after I saw an employee sitting on the countertop, her feet tucked underneath her and the bottoms of her dirty shoes on the work surface. I figured I would try again. The evening of 4/26/22. As with my experiences before, the people behind the counter were curt and unpleasant. My girlfriend and I each order smoothies with spinach and kale in them, among other things. They come out not looking the right color, and both tasting like they have ingredients missing. Curious, I stopped by the Smoothie King off Forest Park on my way home, and I ordered the exact same smoothie. The pineapple spinach. It looked and tasted completely different. In the picture, the green smoothie is the one from the Forest Park location, which was great. The other is the one from this location, which tasted like bananas and ice. Won't be returning.

Smoothie was good. Gentleman checking me out this afternoon did not greet me when i walked up to the register to order. Instead he just started at me until i said what's up. Weird experience. I will get my smoothie at another smoothie king in the future.

Got to this location at 4:50 today and they had the doors locked and there were 2 customers in there who may have been there friends. We tried pulling the door and the "customer" seemed like there friends came and said they are closed we're just getting our order they're cleaning up and washing stuff. Then 1 of the employees came to the door and looked at the "customers"/friends phone because I said it's not 5 o'clock and walked off and said "I HATE PEOPLE" then another employee yelled and said the system was down. Which was a lie they just wanted to close early. Very unprofessional and ghetto i will never return to this location

Took quite awhile for my smoothies but in their defense they were very busy with both in person and online orders. The girl making the smoothies was excellent, super friendly, great memory and the smoothies were A+. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the ladies restroom was a disaster but again, they were really busy so maybe they just didnt have time to clean it. All in all, the customer service was great, the smoothies were excellent and I'll visit again.

No one picked my phone when I specifically did a curb side pickup. I had to leave my puppy in car to get inside the store and pick up smoothies while employee was just hanging out in the store. Not a good experience and this is not the first time it happened.

This Smoothie King is top-notch! Excellent quality of flavors in each smoothie, very creamy and satisfying texture and rich in vitamins and minerals. Customer service is great, and the location isn't packed. I highly recommend this company and location!

Great smoothies. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality. I really like that they have vegan options.
