Love this place! All the girls are super friendly to this creepy old man and they stay open until 8 pm and have all the goods my cats desire. I hate going out but Rachel is like my comfort animal, such a super lady!

The rudeness of the employees is insane! No one asked if help was needed and when we did approach 2 employees asking for assistance we were met with blank stares and seemed to be trying to completely ignore us and smiling. Worst experience ever. I use to enjoy going in this location due to the friendly nature but never again. Not sure what happened.

There groomer gave my 8 month old puppy fleas. They obviously aren’t doing a good job keeping the dogs with fleas separate from the dogs that are okay. I’ve never in my life had to deal with this situation until letting my dog get groomed by them. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

Was greeted when I walked in. Staff are really nice here. Found everything I needed. I always enjoy going to this location. They always have what I need. Wasn't busy and there was no line at checkout.

The staff needs more training and manners: I asked the difference between 2 products the answer was: I don’t know, I guess?! I also have to drive to another pet smart because with the whole receipt they wouldn’t accept a return for something I bought in another location, which it has never happened before. The girl was like it’s not neither on this receipt; and I indicated to her yes it is, look. Still have to drive somewhere else uhhu

We came to this PETSMART fully intending to adopt a kitten/cat. We really enjoyed being able to see them, but when we asked to meet the kitten we chose, we were rudely told we couldn’t hold her or pet her because “they get too many diseases”. We are just supposed to adopt a fur baby without even petting it or getting close to it? NO. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We will never return to this location, and I’m sad that these kittens and cats hardly have a chance if they can’t be touched or interact with their possible owners. Really sad. I understand the policy of not letting everyone hold them etc. but we were seriously interested and were told NO. And the rude way she dealt with us was completely unprofessional.

We will never be taking our fur babies back to their grooming. We took our 5 month old corgi for his first puppy bath, and trim. Check in went ok besides how impersonal the staff was, which made me slightly nervous. When Andrea C called to let me know griffin was done I asked her how he did. She told me he did good, and he seemed to trust her. She also said he was in the dryer to get parts of his face that he didn’t like being dried with the blow dryer. When we picked griffin up Andrea did not bring him out. Another employee did who was also extremely unfriendly brought him out so we didn’t even get to talk to her about how it went. In the car we could tell griffin wasn’t himself, and ended up getting sick. We also noticed he still had dirt on his paw that was there when we dropped him off. We have never seen our puppy this stressed, and exhausted for the remainder of the day. The appointment seemed extremely rushed, and it seems they did not work with our puppy on his first experience at the groomers which honestly is infuriating. We will still be taking our babies to banfield because the staff on the vet side is incredible. It is the complete opposite on the grooming side, and would strongly advice no one to trust their dogs with them.

I will not take my dog back to this place. My dog was cut so uneven I didn’t like it at all left patches of hair it was just not good. Then I picked my dog up from them, he was crying and crying. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. In the picture, is my dogs pinky toe hanging it wasn’t sticking out when I brought him to you guys. He wouldn’t let you touch his paw at all the whole day.Then the lady didn’t say nothing when she brought my dog out to me.

Everyone here is so nice and kind, they always have a great attitude towards me and my doggie. I will be coming here for all my pet needs, their grooming is on point. They did not let me spend more than I needed with services that were not necessary for my dogs breed and directed me to the best for my furry friend. A+
