Take your car anywhere else. The employees at this Dobbs--at least the ones who man the counter are actively unhelpful and complete tools about it. The first time I visited, I was mistaken about my need for an emissions inspection (didn't need to renew plates until next year) but they happily charged me for it without a word. Sure, that's mostly my fault, but something a halfway decent shop would've caught. The next visit, I had an issue with one of my tires leaking air. The tire was 1.5 years old and still well within the warranty period. Per the tire manufacturer's warranty instructions, I needed to bring it to an authorized dealer for them to handle the warranty claim. I had moved since I purchased the tires, and unfortunately this Dobbs was the closest authorized dealer. They refused help because I purchased my tires from another company (although I'm sure to qualify as an "authorized dealer" Dobbs as a company had to agree to service their warranties). I will be notifying the tire manufacturer of this experience. They speak to their customers with derision, making it very clear they wish we would just go away. Wish they were better because they're definitely the most convenient, but if you can take your vehicle anywhere else, I strongly recommend doing so.

Wow I do not have enough positive words about the staff at the Brentwood Dobbs. Brad, Andrew, Joe, and Bill were knowledgeable, respectful, and so kind when explaining what needed to be done with my car and why. Even on a busy holiday they were finished with my car in a timely manner. I appreciate all the work they did and the fantastic manner in which they did it.

I was shopping and my car would not start. Lucky for me, their was a Dobbs close by. Michael, the manager was very helpful!! He sent Gabe across the lot to get me started. I drove to the center and they hooked me up with a battery. I am grateful to both Gabe and Michael for their kindness and attention . E.H.

I have been here 3 times over the past 2 years due to the worst luck with running over something making my tire go flat (somehow, always front right). The staff has always been incredibly accommodating, efficient, and kind each time (even through frustration crying upon first entering 😂). I always highly recommend them, and I know I can count on them each time this somehow happens to me. Thank you Dobbs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I keep giving these guys a chance and they burn me every time. They will lie to your face about what unnecessary work your car needs just to make money off you. They're a bunch of con artists. My first experience with them: I brought my car there for a simple oil change. When I got my car back, they claimed my brake pads were low and I had to pay an exorbitant amount of money for them to replace the pads. Something seemed fishy, so I refused to let them work on it and brought my car to the Honda dealership instead. The dealership checked my brake pads and said they were completely fine. They estimated that I had at least 5000 miles left on them before I had to replace them. So the guy at Dobb's lied to my face Next, my fiance decided to give them a chance. He brought his car in for a safety inspection. Prior to bringing the car in, he noticed no issues whatsoever with the vehicle. However, once Dobbs got ahold of the car, it was trashed. They broke his phone charger that was plugged into the car charging port, and they broke his center console. AND they failed him for safety inspection due to "wheel play" in the front wheel bearing. They quoted us $1500 for the wheel bearing replacement. An absolutely absurd number, given the fact that KBB claims a wheel bearing replacement costs an average of $350. Not trusting them, we decided to bring it to Honda for a second opinion. Lo and behold...Honda passes the car for safety inspection and tells us there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Save your money. Never come here. The employees are either grossly incompetent, or utterly dishonest.

This have by far been the worst experience ever at Dobbs , Long story short! I took my car to them because it was having issues they called me back with a diagnostic of $2000 worth of work , i paid the money because they are supposed to be experts in fixing the problems. Not even a week later my car check engine light came back on & my car was having the same mesg pop up. And it was still driving the same So basically they repaired everything but what was actually causing the issues. They Then charged me a Few More hundred dollars to repair what needed to be fixed the first time. This is a horrible location and i do not recommend.

Went in this morning to have my car assess, due to strong gasoline odor coming from the trunk. I was shocked, that Dobbs was able to squeeze me in during this busy time of year. They assess it, and found no leaks or cracks!!! And, didn't charge me one cent for all the work they put in to ease my worried mind. Talk about great service!!! Thank you!!!

Came here twice for tire repairs for nails. Time span in two different years. Twice they sold me two new tires saying it’s not repairable. Two different cars. When they said to me I need to change the other good tire because it doesn’t look good. I saw red flag. My car only have 12k miles. Well, I gave them business for the two tires, but I’m not coming back here anymore. What’s the point? I have to buy a new tire whenever I got a flat?

Wow- this staff here at Dobbs is fantastic! I have been using Dobbs for my vehicle services for a while now and actually have had to visit 3 times in the last month for an Oil Change and 2 other tiny unexpected needs (brake light, etc). And every single time they were quick to get me in and out and help with whatever I needed! Each employee was very pleasant to work with! Todays quick visit and service sure made me happy and surely a continued loyal customer! Thanks Dobbs -Brentwood Promenade Staff! :)

If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely will never use Dobbs again. Got all 4 tires back in March 2021 along with other work put in about 1400 in my 2012 Kia Optima (Dunn Rd Dobbs) Couple days ago one of them got a leak so with my warranty I called Dobbs. They recommended I drop off and will have it fixed in the AM (Tuesday) Wednesday picked up, that evening tire is back flat. Called left message about the frustration so Michael told me to drop it off again Dropped off Thursday picked up that evening and haven't even pulled off the lot and my icon say (Low Tire Pressure) put air in tire at QuikTrip around the corner by the time I got home it was back again and this morning completely flat. Now I have to go somewhere to get a tire. because now it is not taking up any air. According to Michael my flush valve was the issue and was the only thing that was changed on the tire TWICE and still same result. If I was a Clayton Man with a BMW or Lexus Im sure I would have just got a new tire the FIRST time without having someone trying to refurbish my damaged tire when I paid for a warranty for situation like this. Horrible service I have used Dobbs for years but this has taken the cake I will tell anyone just go to you car dealership were they can give you great service and not charge you for things and you don't receive the service you pay for Update: After contacting BBB and Corporate I had the regional supervisor call me and offered to get my tire replaced. Even though that should have been done the 1st and surely the 2nd time. I did give the supervisor a chance After a long week I finally got a new tire at the dunn road location. and that is all i wanted.
