Take your car anywhere else. The employees at this Dobbs--at least the ones who man the counter are actively unhelpful and complete tools about it. The first time I visited, I was mistaken about my need for an emissions inspection (didn't need to renew plates until next year) but they happily charged me for it without a word. Sure, that's mostly my fault, but something a halfway decent shop would've caught. The next visit, I had an issue with one of my tires leaking air. The tire was 1.5 years old and still well within the warranty period. Per the tire manufacturer's warranty instructions, I needed to bring it to an authorized dealer for them to handle the warranty claim. I had moved since I purchased the tires, and unfortunately this Dobbs was the closest authorized dealer. They refused help because I purchased my tires from another company (although I'm sure to qualify as an "authorized dealer" Dobbs as a company had to agree to service their warranties). I will be notifying the tire manufacturer of this experience. They speak to their customers with derision, making it very clear they wish we would just go away. Wish they were better because they're definitely the most convenient, but if you can take your vehicle anywhere else, I strongly recommend doing so. ~John

A couple years ago, I stopped going to this location after I saw an employee sitting on the countertop, her feet tucked underneath her and the bottoms of her dirty shoes on the work surface. I figured I would try again. The evening of 4/26/22. As with my experiences before, the people behind the counter were curt and unpleasant. My girlfriend and I each order smoothies with spinach and kale in them, among other things. They come out not looking the right color, and both tasting like they have ingredients missing. Curious, I stopped by the Smoothie King off Forest Park on my way home, and I ordered the exact same smoothie. The pineapple spinach. It looked and tasted completely different. In the picture, the green smoothie is the one from the Forest Park location, which was great. The other is the one from this location, which tasted like bananas and ice. Won't be returning. ~Josh

Love this place! All the girls are super friendly to this creepy old man and they stay open until 8 pm and have all the goods my cats desire. I hate going out but Rachel is like my comfort animal, such a super lady! ~red29A
