Customer service has been good. I go here for tropical fish and supplies. I wish that their selection and size of their offerings of tropical fish were larger in size than the young babies that show up in their tanks

I went in on a Sunday to make appointments for my dogs to get nails trimmed. After talking to the associate for several minutes a plan was made. When I came in on the following Tuesday another associate informed me I needed this certificate and that certificate and so on. They just doesn't want to do the job. Every grooming associated with petsmart is lacking. Don't go.

This started last Nov. Issues w being told a higher price after I call for price. 1st puppy bath quoted 20.00 Went in then they say 40.00. I told them no,then she gave it to me for 20.00. Call in Feb 2022 I was told 120. So I then order my own dog stand and clippers! They try and say there only a puppy for 6 months? Puppy for 2 years people I'm done. I shop mostly elsewhere now

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love shopping around and looking at all the products. I also enjoy looking at all the critters they have there as well as seeing other customers animals walking around. Always enjoyed shopping here!!

All employees are super nice & helpful. I think it's wonderful they take homeless cats & kittens from humane society & put them in store for adoption. I don't think they ever sent a homeless cat back to shelter. Yeah for PetSmart!!

overall well stocked and relatively easy to navigate through prices are decent for most pet supplies and live animals employees are pretty friendly and helpful in directing to where to find things some of the tanks are a bit more crowded fish wise, so would be curious how that works parking lot is a bit funky so watch for entrance as the bank one does not connect

Great little friendly place. Has everything you need for any kind of fur baby, or those with scales, or feathers too. They have a Banfield Pet Care Facility on site too as well. And they also do grooming as well. It's your One Stop Pet Shop!

So much to choose from Organized high up so you can see what section/type of pet you want to shop for. They have everything from dogs/cats-reptile/turtle food. Staff is very nice smiles when you walk in/ask if I needed help.

I wish i could give them a zero star. This is based on my grooming appointment. I will not be coming here again. They completely ignored what I said. I told them to keep my dogs bangs and trim his beard but he doesnt have any bangs left and he is clean shaven( hair trimmed in a way where i can i see his skin). Overall they were okay. But those two were my only requirements and they didn’t do that.

I took my dog in and was training him the people their was very nice i had to buy a harness and new leash my 2 1/2 to 3 month dog is a Esa emotional support dog
