Thomas from St Charles Rock Rd is the BEST!!!! He retrieved my pics from my old & dead phone. Connected me to my Laptop emails within half an hour. So Awesome!!! We need more people like him!!

I had a regular employee and a tech expert both helping me navigate my phone damage the entire time. They both patiently stayed with me and helped me navigate through 2 calls to the phone insurance company until we got the desired outcome. Then they repaired my phone within 2 hours. I'm very pleased with this location.

This location is as helpful and as friendly as a cancer diagnosis. I wish I could give less than 1 star. The manager at Applebees would help you with your phone service more than any of the employees here.

Worst customer service experience. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I went to the store to enquire about iPhone trade-in plans they have, while speaking with one of the sales representative, I asked few questions regarding the existing plan, he rolled his eyes and walked over. This is so pathetic. None of the other representative made an effort to care for their customers. The visit to this store was unhelpful.

The employee I talked to was not able to answer any of my questions. I walked back into the car and realized it was a complete waste of time. The question was simply about pricing of different plans and wanted to see what my statement was going to be like (estimate) after trade in phone promotion but they were like "Idon't know" the entire time.

The service I received at this Sprint store was exceptional and I can't express how grateful I am that two separate associates spent considerable time working with me on something that surely did not generate commissions for themselves. That's customer service. This store and the two young men who helped me are a cut above.
