Would like to be able to just shop in-store accessories and phones, but everything is spread out and isn't comfortable to just browse.

I visited the ATT store on St. Charles Rock Road. Eli was beyond helpful and extremely patient. He fixed four issues we were having in a timely and professional manor. He was very kind and was determined to figure out our issues. Thanks Eli! I hope the company realizes what a gem you are.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at AT&T the store rep who helped us was Robert. He did an awesome job. He got us both iPhones + accessories for a lot cheaper than any other store. He also made it very easy he basically did all the work. I also felt like I could vibe with him, he didn’t seem annoyed or like he hated his job. You don’t see that much anymore. Robert was great, I walked out of the store very happy! Give that man a raise.

GO TO ANY LOCATION BUT THIS ONE. IT. I am NEVER going back to this location. The guy was rude to me and my mom because we weren’t the account holder and then started yelling at us that we are banned from the store. He was disrespectful and rude from the second we walked in. I don’t know his name but he had longer dark hair and was just sitting on his phone and not helping at all. All we wanted was to set up my moms Apple Watch with service. I can’t believe someone in customer service would speak to us the way he did. My mom and I are both in sales and would never talk to a customer like this.

Deceptive, misleading, unethical sales practices. I went to the ATT store on St. Charles Rock Rd in Bridgeton in July 2020 (I made a review on their website that said Oct but I just checked and it was July) to upgrade my phone and also ended up changing my phone #. I was assisted by a young-looking female, Caucasian-looking, with very short hair (like boy short) who said she usually worked at the Illinois store (or lived; unless it was another worker who said they lived or worked in IL usually). She was very nice. I want to mention that b/c I'm unsure if she intentionally misled me or if she did so out of negligence. Either way, it's a horrible experience. 1st deceptive sales tactic: I was told I could upgrade my phone to the Samsung A71 5G phone for free. She didn't mention anything about financing. Just said it was free for me. So obviously I jumped on this amazing deal & I was so excited. It turns out the deal was $0 DOWN but that I would be financing almost $600... now I am still on the same family plan I've been on since I was a kid because we never bothered to change it. My mom is elderly, has health issues, and has her payments on autopay, so I don't receive the bills and she didn't realize we were paying so much extra every month until recently. I learned my lesson. I should've asked if it was financed and should've known if a deal is too good to be true, it probably isn't true. But I was so inexperienced and now that I work in sales, I know it is the ATT sales reps obligation to disclose all true and necessary facts, which she did not. 2nd deceptive sales practice: This 1 I discovered relatively quickly, due to it's nature, so some details are fuzzy. But I was told in order to get the phone for free, I needed to keep both phones & numbers for either 1 or 3 months. Then I was advised to call ATT to cancel my old phone & #. So after the stated time, I called ATT. This is when I learned that I actually needed to keep my old phone & # for several more months than i was told in order to qualify for the deal. (And when I used to word "free", she confirmed that the deal was free & didn't mention financing, so maybe this is an enterprise-wide issue where their definition of "free" and "not paying anything" needs to be properly explained to the customer). I went back to the ATT store to find a resolution where I talked to i believe the store manager. She was a young-looking, caucasian-looking female who I think was brunette. She wasn't rude or anything, but she wasn't empathetic and it didn't seem like she cared enough to help me sort it out. She just told me there's nothing she can do for me and that I do, in fact, have to pay for both phones for more months than I was told. It was never my intention to finance a phone or pay $600 for a phone. And if I did decide to pay that much or finance, it should have been my decision to do so. Not a choice made for me because the sales rep did not disclose all relevant facts of the deal. And if I did decide to pay that much for a phone, I would've explored more options. I was only presented with 1 phone - the A71 5G - because it was "free" and I preferred androids over iphones. Maybe we should've analyzed her bill after I finalized the deal, although i had no reason to suspect anything was wrong. Sure, I wish we had discovered it was financed sooner. But just because I didn't discover what was going on until later doesn't mean ATT does not have any culpability. The rep was nice, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the deceptive & misleading sales practices I experienced from their team.
