absolutely horrible smoothie king. i’ve been here twice. the first time was after my shift and i had placed a pickup order since i had a class to get to in about 30-45 minutes. i get there and my order isn’t even there and a random lady comes out of the back after i stood around for five minutes. she then has no clue i placed an online order and fidgets with the register for about…hmm i’d say 20 minutes and then finally makes my smoothie. my second time and last time, is the fact i yet again placed an order for pickup, i show up and you guys are closed. thanks, i now wasted money on a smoothie i’ll never receive. i even called and it said the mailbox was full. terrible service, clearly poor management

Had a great experience in here today and the Friday before last. Each time there was only one person working and he rocked it!! He had to manage checking people out, online orders and making the smoothies. He was very efficent and even apoligized about the wait, even though I didn't have to wait that long. This guy deserves a raise or promotion, he definitely gets high quality customers service!

First time customer. I didn't much care for the smoothie I got, but that's on me. Should have looked at the ingredients instead of choosing by name. I know I don't like chocolate in smoothies, I just didn't expect the Keto Berry to have cocoa added. Service was friendly, seating was comfortable, and customers were greeted kindly. Can't complain!

Typically very quick and friendly, and smoothies always taste great. However, today the employee was quite unprofessional - wearing sweatpants (not leggings, actual sweats), only thing she said to me was the price if my drink, and she didn’t even fill my drink up all the way. Also, the person who ordered behind me got his drinks first.

Been many times and most times a good experience. Walked in today and an employee (logan i believe as his name) is throwing ice against the wall. I thought he would stop since a customer walked in but he just kept throwing.. mind u he is getting the ice from the same supposedly sanitary place they keep the ice for smoothies..i literally had to stop my order a few times and recollect my thoughts each time a cube hit the wall..he finally stopped when i informed the young lady taking my order that this was bothering me.. then they didn't use gloves..although the young lady puts a pair on as I leave so I know they have them.. they couldn't get the lid open on the greek yogurt (I purchased a strawberry blueberry) so they just used the nearest utensil to puncture the plastic covering under the lid.. not sure if you know about food handling that is a no no as you take the germs from the tip of the covering into the yogurt.. I understand these are kids but the absolute worst service I have ever experienced there and almost anywhere ever

Placed an order online for pickup this morning. Got charged and the order successfully went through, only to get there and have the store be closed. How are you going to let online orders be placed when your store is closed. Hours on the door say 7-9 so how are you not open at 10 am. Tried to call and the mailbox is full. Won’t be going to this location anymore.

Took over 30 minutes to get my smoothie when only one person ordered before me. Orders are not made in the order they are received especially if you order online. Ordering online is supposed to be faster but rarely is when they neglect to even notice they have online orders. This location frequently only has one employee working which also slows everything down.

I gave such a poor rating because I’m a repeat customer to this chain and my prior experience was okay but this experience was not. I ordered a smoothie on the app and was quoted my time for pick up. When I arrived, which was later than my arrival time quoted my cup was no where to be found on the to go counter. There was maybe 7 customers in the store, I’m assuming walk-ins. I choose to use their app because of their reward system and I thought I’d give it a try. First of all- walk ins get a priority, so you might as well order in person. I kindly said I had an online order and there was 4 employees working. The man said “I have 5 smoothies ahead of yours”. I’m sorry, did you say “5”? I made an online order 20 minutes ago on your mobile app and arrived late at that, and my smoothie still is 6 smoothies behind? I received a refund and was smoothieless. I’m aggravated because I came here and ordered ahead because it was my lunch break during work. Long story short, I will not return.

I'm a regular customer of the Smoothie King in South County and I've never had a problem. I decided to go to the Kirkwood store this morning and I'm very disappointed. The smoothie was not smooth at all, in fact it was quite chunky. The fruit was chunky and the ice was chunky and the juice was separating. It was the worst smoothie I've ever had. Either it wasn't blended long enough or the blenders are bad.

I ordered the pumpkin and my husband ordered the pineapple recharge. The pumpkin was missing an ingredient and it was icy. My husbands tasted more banana which means they forgot the pineapple. Sorry, but they need some more training. I wouldn’t visit them again.
