When I called ahead to check availability of an item, the man I spoke to was very helpful. Once I arrived, it was easy to find what i wanted and I used the self check out. The store appeared clean and organized. I wish the employees wore masks though.

Not to bright of workers ...young guy turning my ignition off and on with computer plugged in my car's computer even started it once...then told me my battery was bad ...so I traded in my old good one for a new 150 . 00 new one and for what to get stranded the next day with a dead battery in the middle of the hwy and to top it all off now my engine light won't go off ...now that I had to spend more money when the problem was the alternator.... this guy messed my car all up and caused me many problems

Had the alternator we needed in stock. In and out in no time. Easy return when my son-in-law took a look at the location of the alternator on my Ford F-150 and said it was too much for him to do.

The manager here, Dave is pretty fantastic, I've been coming here since I moved here back in 2019 and every time I come in he's always been super helpful. Even if they don't have exactly what I need the friendly and knowledgeable staff here have always lead me in the right direction to be able to get it

I just went to the AutoZone at 1205 Kirkwood Road to purchase wipers for my car the man helping me asked for the year, the make and the model of my car which I provided. He then said there are about 20 different types of that particular car, do you have an SE or SEL or AWD or AWE and on and on and on. I had no idea how to respond I asked him how I could find that information and he very loudly and rudely proceeded to tell me "it's not my responsibility to know what kind of car you're driving, if you don't know go home and figure it out". I was angry and embarrassed and all the customers staring at us. I will NEVER walk into an AutoZone again.
