this place is complete trash, how does a local store take advantage of its local customers or customers in general ???? If you have the means to go out of town or order it off of Amazon I would, because this store wants to mark everything up by 40% which is completely insane. This place will rob you blind. Terrible customer service, to the ladies...if you don't know the answer to something, don't be rude. I suggest you calmly ask another associate or try asking a manager. Really bad experience in here, never again will I bother to even look in this direction when passing by. (Response to the Owner) It's no one's fault but the staff themselves. As far as negative reviews, you guys have numerous negative reviews just this past year alone! Your prices are way overpriced! Just went to legacy safety and found the same DXO carbon fiber hard hat for $90 cheaper! Your store is in no one competitive with other local stores, you are literally taking advantage of the local people here, which is disgusting! Shame on you!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU BUY!!!! I purchased a pair of boots and one of them fit loose, when i came back to exchange them they could not do it because i didnt have the box. When i came back with the box they would not exchange because i had worn them.

Had a very poor experience with staff and management when trying to exchange a shirt for a larger size after making a $600 purchase. Management continually accused us of washing the shirt, saying it smelled “flowery.” The shirt was brand new, never worn, and never washed. After an unfriendly dispute, the manager finally slung the shirt to the side and did the exchange. They acted like we were lying or trying to scam them or something. Buy your FR gear on Amazon. Way cheaper and most likely a friendlier experience.

staff was helpful and friendly. but i bought 3 pair of fr jeans at 87 dollars apeice all the exact same size and when i get home 11/2 away i try them all on instead of just the ones in store and the jeans were 3 inches from buttoning on one pair
