Great store, horrible to get to. I just wanted to pick up an internet order and almost didn't make it in time there or to my next destination. It's a huge multi story mall with paid parking and lots of walking and searching. Getting out was a nightmare it took almost 30 minutes because the card reader broke and they wouldn't let you leave without their $3. Good place for a whole day of shopping. Not convenient at all for a quick pick up.

Love it, prices are a little high but the quality so worth it. Always a sale or some sort of deal in store. Clean and tidy. Customer service is outstanding

It's wonderful that there is a store with such nice, stylish clothes that are plus size but even the clearance stuff is really expensive. Also, I went in there a week ago and the employee walked by me and helped 2 other people and never asked if I needed anything. I don't know if she just thought I was browsing since I'm a 16-18 so on the low side for Torrid. I had just come from H & M where I learned they stopped carrying plus size. So I'm too big for one store and not big enough for the other. Sheesh! About ready to stop shopping at Circle Center altogether.

Associates were informative, helpful, respectful, and kind. I wasnt able to find my size in beas, but they explained where I could find the correct sizes for sale and helped me sign up for the loyalty program. Overall an easy, nice experience.

Margo the store representive was super nice and helpful! I decided to go into this store with my sister because she twisted her ankle. I was very impressed with the store atmosphere and customer service!

I absolutely love this store! Prices seem a bit high but tthe quality is the best. Plus they allow you too use as many coupons together that you have so the price doesn't even become a factor anymore. I have always hated shopping until I found torrid!

Ladies are extremely helpful. They don't pester you, but let you know they're available. And will assist as much as you need. Prices are a little high, but they have wonderful sales and clearance. Clothes are built to last.
