Excellent service! The people working were so nice and if we needed anything they were quick to do it. Some guy I didn’t get his name but was super friendly and went to tables to ask if they needed anything! This is the ONLY McDonald’s that seems to do this!

Almost always have some item ordered requiring me to be parked around front in a pickup spot. Drive-thru service is not as speedy as it was in the past. Went to this McDonald's during the morning rush to pick up a coffee and a bite to eat. This should not be anything new to McDonald's as it happens every day. They completely messed everything up, caused me to wait way too long for a simple order.

At this visit, I was honestly disappointed, I decided to use the mobile app for the large fry, buy one, get one, and they told me it wasnt working, the code I gave them wasn't working. I checked, it was correct, I even tried again with another code, and they told me that wasn't either! I never had a problem before, so it didnt make any sence. Of course to complete the meal for everyone I bought them anyways. The only thing I could guess was they were extremely busy!! I was in the drive thru about thirty minutes or longer.

If there was a zero star I would give it a zero. They have zero customer service. My order was 25 min late! I hate posting negative reviews. They always forget to get my order right and constantly miss items. They care more about their drive in customer time than all their customers combined . I am so disappointed and I don’t plan on ever coming back. The saddest reality is that this has always very my McDonald’s and to see it get ruined with tech and pressured employees makes my visit so disheartening. The employees were bickering in the back. I’m turned off by the idea that kiosk are more empathetic than the actual human beings that are physically there and yet are always checked out. Until then this place officially blows. Peace.

Everytime I have been here it is wrong. Today was terrible to ask no cheese on specific item. (1 item) and have cheese put on every item. Both the sandwiches that don't even come with cheese and my sandwich that I asked specifically no cheese. I made mention at the window and pay window only to discover the order is wrong wrong. Thanks for stealing my $15 McDonald's. Go somewhere else.

Excellent assistance from Peak who took initiative in assisting us upon having issues with the kiosk. Felipe was awesome as well as he assisted. The ordering kiosk froze twice but the staff was amazing and helped The play are is closed for a couple more days will then be open We sit at table 215 by the window cause it lights up and changes colors Plenty of parking & clean restrooms Not busy inside on a Thursday afternoon but the drive thru looked long
