Where did customer service go??? It went to drive thru, you get waited on faster in drive thru.

It was hot and stuffy and there were a couple of ants on the window so nasty. Tables wasn't wiped down.

One of those exceptions where you get everything on the family order and taking care of fast. What are you having noticing at McDonald's it's they ignore customers a lot so don't be surprised if you see this behavior

Being in a busy part of town, with an event that I’m sure was last minute-happening across the street. They did really well. My order was given to me surprisingly fast, and most important, it was correct.

When order on the second speaker they can never hear me on the drive thru its annoying but I feel they do it purpose by the attitude when you here them speak on the mic

They are always busy during meals times. Wish they were open to order inside when lines are long. Last time I was there, I ordered my hamburger "My Way". Told her 2x. When I went to eat it, it wasn't made the way I ordered it. I had to drive back to restaurant, I found a sweet girl who let me in to wait while they remade my hamburger. She gave me a apple pie for my trouble. Much appreciated. Thank you.

If I could give this McDonald's location zero stars, I would. Its only about a mile from our house, which is the ONLY reason we keep going... LITERALLY EVERY time I order anything more than a drink, they either mess it up somehow, or it takes them FOREVER. Or both. Like tonight: nothing we ordered was difficult or altered, and they weren't even busy. They handed me the drinks then immediately had us park in a reserve spot. 15 minutes later, I went in to see what was taking so long. Our entire order was sitting on the back counter, just waiting to be brought out. Then the manager gives me some BS line about having to cook the eggs fresh. Because it takes 15 minutes to cook eggs?! Then I asked how long it'd been sitting there and he said it "just came up". Not surprisingly, all of our food was cold after our short 2 minute drive home. (Like so cold the pancakes couldn't even melt softened butter!) Also, note the sad McChicken with almost no lettuce or mayo. 🙄 I'm ABSOLUTELY NOT exaggerating when I say they mess up 90% of the time. Then they cop an attitude if you point out that they messed up. Even if you do so nicely. WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!
