2 stars. 4 stars for Penske customer service by the staff and 0 for their Fresno manager. Rented a 12’ truck through Penske at the Home Depot. Packing blankets were missing and required me to drive to the Fresno location on Malaga (approx 20 mins south). The 1-800 Penske customer service person was nice, the desk representative when I arrived was helpful (although it took over 20 mins to receive a credit back for the blankets). What I was truly offended by was the attitude and manner of their manager, Alex. The desk rep sought his assistance to complete the transaction. Alex came out of his office to the front desk; never acknowledged my presence as I stood 3’ away or apologized to me being inconvenienced. He spent a few minutes trying to do whatever he thought he could do. Acknowledged to the rep that he was unable and that the rep had to re-enter all the information again(further delay). Turned on his heel. And walked out. It was rude behavior by any standard. How does someone like that get put into a managerial position? It will be a good question to ask their corporate office.

They is GREAT , LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! Always efficient in they work they actually cares about the drivers safety which it’s hard to find locations that gives great customer service and actually fix everything you type up that’s wrong with the truck . I love they service and I always feel safe getting back in that truck with confidence knowing I’m a safe driver in a safe truck work on by Penske out of Fresno California thanks guys it means a lot to me because I never wanna hurt myself our anyone around me because of negligence I appreciate you guys and I which I could give you 10 stars Godbless you guy’s!!!!!!!!!!!!.................

Amazing place to rent Trucks they are ways there to help and search you for the perfect Truck you need. Price is little bit more than other companies but guys what they always have trucks available don’t need to go everywhere to search for a truck call them and they will point to the right directions.

I called to get a quote Joseph answered the question phone I asked him if they had a 26ft truck available, he asked me is this for personal use or a business I said personal because I didn’t not want to use my business for this specific transaction he said give me one second and hung up, I guess Penske or Joseph do not like to rent their trucks for personal use now they will not answer my calls? Lol .Joseph answer my call man I have a business if that helps I have money in both personal and business accounts hahaha why are you guys so rude man . Definitely would not recommend horrible first time experience stay away !!!

Took my truck in on Friday Saturday they told me I needed exhaust gaskets on my manifold don't show any movement with my truck and my GPS show movement on Tuesday when they started taking exhaust apart they found the problem which wasn't exhaust manifold lost out on three days of work around $600 not made not happy

Two complaints. One is there is almost no one at the front desk. Multiple times we have been waiting a good 15 to 20 minutes before someone greets us. Secondly, the hold they put on your account takes way to long to be removed after payment. nearly a $400 hold for a day rental of a 16ft truck its been nearly 7 days and the hold is still on my card.. Fix this and my review may change.

Called said truck was ready. Went to pick up an hour and a half later. Truck wasn't ready they had just put it in the wash rack. Had them get it out as I was late for a pick up in Oxnard. Now I'm driving a dirty truck. One of the items listed to be fixed was to make the drivers seat adjustable. They didn't fix it. It's very hard to slide.
