The store has good collections but it is not organized pretty well especially the clearance section clothings are just fallen here and there! There is a price difference in products which you buy online and same product available at store. Sometimes they forget to remote security tag to the cloths which is frustrating because you have to go again to the store just to get that tag removed. ~Suzy

I ways find something cute here. The staff is very helpful. I can order online and return them if if they are not up to my satisfaction. We have an Express (Factory) in Cedar Rapids but they are more of an outlet type with different merchandise and do NOT accept Express online returns which is unfortunate. ~DiLy

I come here often, it's neat, tidy and well stocked. Cashier jasmine is always a pleasure with her friendly personality and quick to offer assistance. We need more customer service like this! ~Romara

We first tried Taco John's years ago, stopping at their location in Coralville near the U of I campus. So happy to find this new location to visit when we're in the area. Drive-thru was efficient. Customer service was friendly. Carry-out food was exactly as ordered. We appreciate that we're not charged extra for our tacos made with beans instead of beef. And each taco had generous amounts of beans and cheese, topped with lettuce. We will be back! ~Elyse

Do yourself a favor, just go to Jon’s in Tifffin. Don’t waste your time here!!! Stopped here at 4pm on a Sunday. There was a steady line of cars in the drive thru but only 3 people inside, so our group of 6 went inside. I counted 7 kids behind the counter all milling around the same area talking and just one of them running the ice cream machine. We stood in line for 20 minutes, the same 3 people in front of us. Not once did the employees say there was a problem or sorry about the wait. I know it wasn’t due to being under staffed. They could have had both registers open and the drive thru with all the help they had standing around. We finally left and went elsewhere. Coralville DQ you just lost a $50 order. ~Jen

Local family-owned company! Great service! I found Lifeson through Google, spoke with Julia, their office manager, and the company's owner to arrange for labor-only help to move my child in at U of Iowa. They also have a company box truck you can contract. Movers just as I arrived at our storage unit, moved everything carefully and quickly into our UHaul rental, and just as carefully moved all items into new apartment. They reassembled bed rails and headboard as well as a dining table quickly and efficiently. All their business is word-of-mouth and I can't say enough about the great job these gentlemen did. They were quick but careful, polite and friendly...true Iowa hospitality and service. Thank you all. ~Amy
