I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and today I decided to close every single account I have with them. I filed a claim due to Orbitz charging me for a “fake” airline ticket back in August. Wells Fargo would not stand behind me, the customer, and fight this fraud. So, I’m moving all my accounts to a better bank (that got 5 stars, not 2.4). Too bad Wells Fargo, I’m also preparing to purchase some property and I wouldn’t dream of thinking of you to help me finance this big purchase. You lost a VERY loyal customer today. ~Jodie
