I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and today I decided to close every single account I have with them. I filed a claim due to Orbitz charging me for a “fake” airline ticket back in August. Wells Fargo would not stand behind me, the customer, and fight this fraud. So, I’m moving all my accounts to a better bank (that got 5 stars, not 2.4). Too bad Wells Fargo, I’m also preparing to purchase some property and I wouldn’t dream of thinking of you to help me finance this big purchase. You lost a VERY loyal customer today.

Almost couldn't pay rent because they unprocessed my girlfriends payments to switch stuff up to give us more overdraft fees. Seriously, go to a different bank, They are predatory and unethical by design. Look their history up on Google. Since at least 2013 they have been doing this stuff to people and it hasn't stopped. I'll make sure to leave reviews each time it happens though :).

They love to change up charges to make increase the amount of overdraft fees. Then they send me 5 dollars to make up for it. go somewhere else. I promise you you'll have a better bank

My daughter wanted to cash in her change and Megan, the teller manager, refused to take it because it would take her too much time. The last time I checked quarters, dimes, and nickels are US currency and Wells Fargo is a bank. I am unsure how Megan can decide she would not like to take this money.

I open up a new checking account online I go into the actual bank location, met with Olivia and she tells me I owe her more money for checks. I showed her 2 receipts, she still didn’t acknowledge. I then wanted to update my app log in and she wasn’t even capable of doing this. My Advice is find a different bank where your a client and not just a number

Met with a banker, who sounded condescending and straight up suggested closing my account when I was simply asking for help. Also treated me like a child, telling me to "ask my parents" if I needed to close the account. Left me feeling bullied. Wish I could do something else but giving this advice is all I can give: avoid meeting with BG when going to this branch.

I stopped into the branch needing help with my Mom’s affairs. I am from out of town and not realizing I needed an appointment with COVID protocol. Michel Z. Came out and squeezed me in. He was courteous and cared about my situation. He took on the task, explained in detail and solved my needs. This experience changed my perception of the big bank not caring.

This Wells Fargo branch sucks!! Every time I come here it is closed well within business hours and is very frustrating. I ordered a personalized card and never got it so they canceled that card as well as the perfectly fine one I had and my mothers as well for some reason. I then went to this branch and they shredded my card and didn’t have time to get me a temporary one. Fast forward after ordering through the phone a new card it has been a FULL MONTH since I have been able to use my card and am getting charged for that!! I am beyond mad at Wells Fargo and their incompetence. Thinking about switching banks...

Very poor customer service. Hard to reach anyone on the phone. Based on previous reviews this seems to be a constant problem with your branch. The untrained, unprofessional representative I spoke with does not understand why we have 2 ears and 1 mouth. Will likely leave this bank and look for one that is more user friendly. I don't need Wells Fargo!

Worse bank to bank with definitely have to keep an eye on your account because you can't trust them to handle your account at all because they cannot do their jobs right. The bankers there aren't helpful at all instead of telling you what it is they talk around the subject so you don't understand and act like you're crazy. And like you're trying to disrupt the peace when all you're trying to do is understand why one minute you have your check the next you don't. But I guess because I'm black with a strong opinion they found me intimidating. I got told they'll call the police for me telling their banker I wasn't talking to him I was talking to my mom. Shaking my head I suggest no one bank with this bank UNLESS YOU LIKE YOURE MONEY DISAPPEARING WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. They don't even get 1 star to be honest. They need to be shut down. Then they tell you not to come back because you want to close your account with them. And just to think I didn't even want to have a conversation about why I wanted to close my account had they just said you can can't close this until it's a positive balance but we can close the savings account the moment I asked to close my account I would've been good but no they want detail by detail basically calling you a liar and following you around like a lost puppy and restating what you said to the teller as if you don't know what to tell them and showing they behind i would have been good. Then proceed to tell me when they told me in the beginning to get online banking because it's great to know your balance on the go but then say oh no online banking isn't always accurate it's not true at all so why tell me to get it if even you know DONT TRUST IT. I wash my hands of this bank and I'm completely done with them. BY FAR THE WORST BANK EVER
