Apparently they can just up and take your money and close your account without saying anything to you, I recommend not banking here if you want to actually keep your money. My direct deposit wasn't set up since I needed the new information since they changed banks, and they closed my account because of it.

We had greatwestern bank for almost 15 years. they switched hands to first interstate without even telling us. didn't take things out for almost 2 weeks and then it ended up overdrawing my account. I couldn't get an account balance at any ATM. I called 7 different first interstate banks and the phone rang and rang.. My check went in last week and I was buying father's day gifts for my husband with my kids and my card was declined. I had plenty of money in there. I called the carlisle bank on Friday 6/17 and spoke with someone who was understanding and said the person who could help me would call back Tuesday. No call Tuesday. I called several times and no answer. She called me back today to tell me she couldn't help me and she then told me that I needed to manage my money better and online banking isn't a replacement for check register. I let her know that I have been doing it that wasly for years with no issues. The problem is I didn't have access to my account balance and things were taking 1-2 weeks to post. I have never had such an experience with a bank before. I will be going elsewhere.

I totally understand keeping your employees safe during covid....but seriously how can you close a branch completely and expect people to have normal banking? How do you expect people that work 8-5 jobs out of town to make deposits into their accounts? ATM's can't do everything . Besides the new ATM that you installed...not user friendly at all. I work in Dsm, live in Carlisle. Try to take off early to make it to the bank when I can. Now it's not open.

Never understand why a Bank refuses to make change. Went into this Bank to exchange a twenty dollar bill into quarters so we could due laundry. They refused to make change and told me to go to Casey's or a different gas station. I will never step in to this busines again and would recommend everyone else to avoid it

How this horrible bank achieved 3.5 stars escapes me. My family has banked there for some time. Today they refused to accept a deposit into my sister's account from her daughter. We walked down with my sisters dog and granddaughter and while they recognized all of us, including the dog, they said without my sister present they could not accept a deposit. It wasn't a question of credibility of the check, or because we expected a receipt (we didn't ) but simply because she was not present. Do you know that insincere "so sorry " people offer when they are hiding behind a "rule" they pretend prevents them from doing the right thing? While I don't want to make it personal, the cashiers could best be described as a polished and disengenuine in their horrible service.

I've never had a problem with this branch until the last few months. I wont let one bad apple spoiled the whole bunch because that wouldn't be far to the nice staff that I've dealt with for many years.

I've had nothing but problems here. They deactivated my card, and sent me a new one which I never received so when payday comes around I have no access to my money. This has happened twice.
