Only 2 cars were in front of me at the drive through with no diners inside. Took me over 20min to get through. Two ppl were "working" the cash register and just chatting the day away as it seemed one person prepped food. I ordered two burritos and six pack and pound. For how long the wait was I should've had the exact right order, nope. Forgot a burrito! Had to sit there and delay other customers while they fixed it. This was a good place when it first opened, now it seems like I never get the right food and the workers don't care. I've had a cruddy experience the past few times I've gone, each time hoping it would get better bc I do love the oles. This was over the top though and i finally decided to review. I don't know what changed but please go back to when this place was reliable.

On October 1st 2022 there was a worker named Bridgitt working and she had the most stank attitude. Idk if she was having a bad day, but that’s not our problem. At the ordering sign we were only there for 10 seconds before she started rushing us to place our order. When we got to the window and asked her to repeat the order she had a terrible attitude and still got the order wrong... When we gave her our card she snatched it out of our hands and it took her 3 minutes to do the transaction.

We first tried Taco John's years ago, stopping at their location in Coralville near the U of I campus. So happy to find this new location to visit when we're in the area. Drive-thru was efficient. Customer service was friendly. Carry-out food was exactly as ordered. We appreciate that we're not charged extra for our tacos made with beans instead of beef. And each taco had generous amounts of beans and cheese, topped with lettuce. We will be back!

I'm glad taco john's is back in our area. I especially like potato oles. About half the time there's fast service, and half the time the drive through line goes all the way to the road. Sometimes it's faster to go inside. But I've found the door locked (with people still inside eating) 15 minutes before closing. And they stop taking drive-thru orders before their posted closing time. The posted hours say they are open until 10, but they are not. Google Maps says they are only open until 8, which appears to be true. They sometimes have trouble getting my order right. They often forget to add the nacho cheese I paid for to my bag. Features: No masks

Location was clean, the front cashier was super nice, etc... However a couple folks in the back seemed irritated that we had ordered food and made a couple comments to their coworker. Lol. Comically... If you don't want to make some quick little tacos & a burrito....then maybe Taco John's isnts for y'all. Beyond THAT everything else was awesome.

A really clean fast food "West mex" place. I think it's a bit better than taco bell overall. This store is very clean and the service was very good.

Shared a six pack and a pound. My soft tacos were mostly lettuce and hot sauce. Sparse cheese. Pretty far behind what I am used too in Davenport.

So my girlfriend and I just went threw the drive thru and got a six pack and a pound with two churros a cheese sauce and sour cream and we didn’t get our sour cream and we couldn’t go back cause they just closed and there was two cars behind us note taken won’t get food from there again

Had to use the drive thru . Inside was closed . The food was better than previously experienced at other Taco John's restaurants . We look forward to returning every week . First time at this location . Hopefully it will be the same every time
