I ordered online 20 minutes before arriving when I got there I was told to park and wait I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes I went inside only to find out they never started it so for a whole 35 minutes my order got put to the sideline and forgotten about they should work on their timing better when I came in it wasn’t even particularly busy seems like the workers just out right forgot or just didn’t care

Used to eat there quite often during the pandemic and then once other stores started opening more we had not returned for a while until tonight. We ordered the same things that we did during the pandemic and were disappointed at the quality and the taste and the price! My main course was okay but not The same as it used to be. The egg rolls have totally changed and are more like cardboard wrapped with a little bit of veggie and seasoning inside. Not like the ones of old!

Rudest drive thru experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Beef and Broccoli and when we pulled up Brianna S (order 452206) had an attitude when we didn’t get the beef and broccoli. She said well you said it softly so I didn’t know. She also made it about what kind of beef and broccoli we wanted and had a terrible attitude. I mentioned she never repeated the order or the total and she said yes I did which I know for a fact she didn’t as I remarked how I didn’t know how much it was. We will never return and plan to share this on all review platforms . She should have repeated the order, given the total, and when she missed the order should have apologized and just taken the order. She obviously missed it because she wasn’t paying attention and then went to attack and blame. We have been dealing with my mother in law in the hospital for a serious medical issue focus and my wife just wanted fast food. We would expect this in NYC not Iowa. $20 for a mediocre meal with a side of an attitude was $20 too much:

Chicken "meat" is a loose term for the food we received tonight. I am sure it's not fit for a dog. Spring rolls were overcooked and the 3 or 4 peanuts in the Kung Pao chicken were soft. Never again.

Most of the time I go here things are great. It's my fav in fact. But this time I got less then what I paid for. So not very pleased with that.

We had a group of 24 people and arrived at the dinner rush. These folks knocked it out if the park. They were fast and friendly, and the food was delicious.

5 stars for Chinese fast food. Super clean, every entree item was available, enough staff to keep up. Just basically a restaurant running really well...which can be hard to find these days.

This was my second time trying Panda Express. The first time I had it was when I was in California last summer. I didn’t find it that jaw dropping by any means. I decided to try it back home to see if it was different, I still don’t think they live up to the hype. The food was good and priced reasonably, but I’ve had better. I feel as if some of the best Chinese restaurants are the small family owned businesses, rather than the big franchised restaurants.
