Switched from total wireless for the cost savings Well day one couldn't get t mobile phone to port over Day 2 got phone ported only to find out that when I got home had absolutely no service drove the 45 miles back to store to find out they had a problem switching my phone back well 2 days later I had to do all the calling in order to get my phone service . Now they sent me a bill for 70 dollar What a joke

Great customer service! Problem with my Alcatel zone2 Called ahead and drove to the store. I’m from out of state and it didn’t matter! The customer service representative was very polite, very kind and found the SIM card had gone bad. He replaced it and had it set up within 5 minutes!!! Outstanding!! Also the floor was beautiful and spotlessly clean! Thank you T- mobile!!!!

I walked in to switch over from sprint and Josh (john? I'm SO sorry i forgot) helped me switch my phone and service over so easily. I usually dread going to sprint/tmobile, but he made my life a lot easier. I SO recommend going to see him and he also deserves a raise.

January 6th, 2022.....arrived at the store. Walked in, waited as they were busy. I needed to return a phone, from an updrade. 15 minutes later a couple comes in. THEY were greeted. Hmm. They were looking for a stylus for a Motorola. TMO didn't carry it. I waited. A gentleman comes in "welcome to Tmoble, I'll be right with you!" "Can I get your name so we can get you in line?" "Joe", said the gentleman. "We will be right with you". Interesting. Well, I left this establishment bewildered. "I guess my business, by lack of acknowledgement, isn't important enough!" I said as I walked out. I will never do business there again.

Service was horrible. I came to the store Thursday and they were packed.I was offered an appointment for the following day at 5pm. The employee and I stood together and filled out the appointment form. when I showed up Friday I was told I did not have an appointment and that my only option was to wait. while I have no problem waiting on any other day I made the appointment to ensure that this did not happen. instead of offer a soulition when I did what you asked me to do the previous day being to basically sucks to suck is frustrating.

My mother in law who is 90 and on my T-Mobile account was having problems with her i-phone. I told her to go to the store and they will help her. T-Mobile associate, John, took care of everything...rebooted her phone, showed her how to use VM etc. She and I coud not be happier with the outstanding service. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 16 years and this is why I remain a T-Mobile customer!

Hussin got me set up very fast and efficient. He was more than willing to answer my questions and provided a smile at time of service. My cousin Danielle works there and always takes time outside of work to help me with my phone concerns and I’m very satisfied with my signal in Cedar Rapids. My only request, is that they get a better tower in the Fairfax area where I live, as I only get one bar on my phone and my calls frequently cut out.

I would shy away from T-Mobile or this store, a little sheisty. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10 years. Was looking for alternatives because they wouldn’t so much as give a free ringtone after 10 years of loyalty. Went to T-Mobile and was blown away at first. They asked me if I was a Vet, I said yes, and was told about this amazing plan they had for Veterans and since I was a Vet I got an iPhone X credit so phone was no charge. Bye bye Verizon after 10 years. NOT SO FAST. I went to T-Mobile last night and they tried to pull a Bait & Switch on me. Said that offer closed a day or two ago. But I could still get the discounted plan. I’d have to pay full price for the phone now tho. So, in other words, T-Mobile wasted about 2-3 hours of my time in this process. Refused to honor the deal they told me, and refused to make it right. I’m not angry, it’s their business they can do what they want. I’m highly disappointed in their business model tho. I’ll go back to Verizon for another 10 years if I have to pay for a phone. Why would anyone pay full-price for a phone and then downgrade from Verizon’s network to T-Mobile’s network? If I’m paying full-price for a phone, I’m sticking with the best coverage then.

Today I switched over to T-Mobile from Sprint. I was taken care of by Dillon. My boyfriend and I spent almost four hours with him trying to get our phones switched over and all I have to say is he did an AMAZING job. Very friendly, very helpful and very patient! Definitely one of the best customer service experiences i’ve had. THANKS DILLON! 👍🏼👍🏼
