Rude woman on phone, she hung up on me! Then wouldn't answer for 3 minutes! I wanted to know the price of 4 new lines, she said she cant tell me that! She "had" to pull up my account to talk price. Total lies! When i told her thats not true, she argued, a d hung up!!!! THEN, when she did finally answer again, she was as helpful as a hemorrhoid!! 6-4-22 at 1pm! I told.her i was considering calling corporate about her, and she said "doesnt matter, they are a franchise" and 👀. She dgaf about how she treats customers! And she is dumb as nails! Couldn't do basic math. This "franchise" owner lost 4 phone deals today, and likely 4 more next year, and the year after. And this rude EMPLOYEE dgaf!! ~B

Service Care Representative Cheyenne Allee is terrific! Hands down the best service representative I've ever worked with in any dealership. She was highly responsive, understanding of my concerns and addressed my questions timely and professionally. I brought my vehicle in each time, and each time she seemed delighted to help me. That is great customer service, each time like the first time! The overall dealership experience was good as well. Easy to use shuttle service with an app that shows you there location and contact information. The vehicles were clean and on time and the drivers were pleasant to ride with. With any dealership you get "dealership prices", but again, they allowed me to modify my service plan and furnish not critical parts and performed the installs on my behalf. I love ordering hand soap and my body wash. I however am not happy on the fact they do not pack their boxes and just threw the products in the box. Plus the fact my boxes were opened when delivered to me. I was missing some products along with some still in package and half empty. I was happy customer service made it wright with me. I just hope it is not a trend. ~tammie

I bleached my own hair multiple times and it was falling apart. Length was between 2-10 inches, all due to breakage. It was multiple shades of blonde/yellow due to banding and had dark brown root growth. Shay at ULTA beauty got me in the same day and spent hours fixing my hair instead of going home to her family. She’s did a fabulous job and I am so glad someone suggested I call her. Thank you all and thanks to my new fave hair dresser!! ~Veronica

I felt dirty when I left this store. I sanitized when I got to my car and couldn’t wait to get home to wash my hands. When I gave my 91-year-old dad his items (he was separate in his car), I told him to sanitize them when he got home. We still have a pandemic, and they don’t even clean the belt! This picture doesn’t show it that well. The self checkout (I first went there) was worse, but there’s no reason when a cashier is right there (and unmasked) she can’t keep it clean. She said nothing when I mentioned it and took a picture. I had to ask her to put my items in a bag. She made no eye contact and I couldn’t get her to interact or smile. (I finally did at the end.) Her attitude just added to the feeling of filth. This is the first time of actually going inside this location store. HyVee needs to train better! ~NJ

They have a good variety of stuff there for Asian cuisine. But as I'm shopping around and looking to see what they have I noticed they're constantly like coming by me like checking me out like I'm stealing something 😂 it happened so many times I look around and there they are right pretty much behind me just staring at me like I'm up to something lol. It's just like you see in the movies where someone goes in the store and the Asian people are like hurry up and buy hurry up and buy ! Made me feel real uncomfortable and I love Asian food but the feeling they gave me it made me not even want to be in there for very long. ~Dillon
