Sean and Beth are very professional in the way they handle customers. One is kept informed during the service appointment and notified when done. Both do their best to get the work done the right way. All work to be done is explained in full detail. All in all, in my estimation, this is the best service department in the Cedar Rapids area.

The staff made it super simple and kept me in the loop, the way I asked (via text) several times each day. Got my car back for an affordable amount! All the staff was so professional and helpful. Cheyenne was amazing. Kept me informed each and every step of the process. The young man said if you can wait another few minutes I will wipe down and vacuum your car for you. They did wash the outside. Very nice lounge while I waited

Had a resent visit for an oil change and 2 recalls on my 2015 GMC Terrain There was some confusion on the part of the part of the service counter person on weather it could be resolved at that time or not resulting in an additional trip to the shop. After the oil service I discovered I had a oil leak witch resulted in an oil filler cap o ring failure This was quickly resolved. They all were very pleasant to deal with and eagerly made thing right with for 2 extra visits Very pleased with the service thanks to Beth & Sean

Service Care Representative Cheyenne Allee is terrific! Hands down the best service representative I've ever worked with in any dealership. She was highly responsive, understanding of my concerns and addressed my questions timely and professionally. I brought my vehicle in each time, and each time she seemed delighted to help me. That is great customer service, each time like the first time! The overall dealership experience was good as well. Easy to use shuttle service with an app that shows you there location and contact information. The vehicles were clean and on time and the drivers were pleasant to ride with. With any dealership you get "dealership prices", but again, they allowed me to modify my service plan and furnish not critical parts and performed the installs on my behalf. Overall highly recommended
