Service Care Representative Cheyenne Allee is terrific! Hands down the best service representative I've ever worked with in any dealership. She was highly responsive, understanding of my concerns and addressed my questions timely and professionally. I brought my vehicle in each time, and each time she seemed delighted to help me. That is great customer service, each time like the first time! The overall dealership experience was good as well. Easy to use shuttle service with an app that shows you there location and contact information. The vehicles were clean and on time and the drivers were pleasant to ride with. With any dealership you get "dealership prices", but again, they allowed me to modify my service plan and furnish not critical parts and performed the installs on my behalf. Overall highly recommended ~Kevin

Outstanding job from the GATR Cedar Rapids part department! I had my truck at another shop to get aligned. They could not align it because my Tie Rod tube was bent. They DONT HAVE ALIGNMENT otherwise I would take to them. I called the GATR parts - the part was in stock and they delivered it to the shop I was getting the alignment at. I appreciate their customer service and recommend them highly! ~Krasimir

Got in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours, Great PM service from Tech Peyton, real nice guy and personable. He pointed out an exhaust manifold leak, which hadn’t been spotted on other services. Service and parts counter personnel were also very nice and helpful, thanks for your time. Very organized clean shop and parts area. ~Jason
