Service Care Representative Cheyenne Allee is terrific! Hands down the best service representative I've ever worked with in any dealership. She was highly responsive, understanding of my concerns and addressed my questions timely and professionally. I brought my vehicle in each time, and each time she seemed delighted to help me. That is great customer service, each time like the first time! The overall dealership experience was good as well. Easy to use shuttle service with an app that shows you there location and contact information. The vehicles were clean and on time and the drivers were pleasant to ride with. With any dealership you get "dealership prices", but again, they allowed me to modify my service plan and furnish not critical parts and performed the installs on my behalf.
