Was recently in this dealership to purchase a new EV6 after waiting 5 weeks after signing a purchase agreement. We had agreed on a purchase price an EV6 and trade in value on my 2020 Ram, which I am currently leasing. When the vehicle came in I went to finalize the paperwork for financing the vehicle. They are now telling me the leasing company increased their buyout quote by $12,000 between the original date I signed the purchase agreement and when I came in (5 weeks). I essentially went from having $6k in equity in my trade in to having to pay $6k out of pocket. Needless to say the dealer was not able honor the original deal or offer to work on the price of the vehicle. Also, spent $1k out of pocket on electrical work on my garage to prep for this EV. The thing that upsets me the most is the dealer let me take the car home and had to have me come back the next day because of an issue with the paperwork. Also, I noticed that the vehicle was now listed for $2k more on their website than what I originally purchased for, on the day I asked for the vehicle back. So they stand to make more on this vehicle because of this screwup. Just to add, I called my leasing company and they have no records of a dealer quote going out, at all.

The customer service was good until my purchase was done. I was promised things that were not taken care of . I also noticed while driving within the first week of purchase that anytime I stopped it would shake my steering wheel. The service adviser Louann told me my brakes were @ 50% . and I had mentioned to her with them pulsating they more than likely need replaced. I schedule a service and was promised I could get a loaner vehicle. I come in on my lunch break and they have no record of the loaner even though I had spoke with the gm Chuck . So I leave call and call and they agreed to come get my car . They come grab it , then about 30 min later I get a call and 2 other people come get my car . Talk about lack of communication. They bring my car back and say they resurfaced my rotors . I get in my car and my brakes are squeaking more than ever. So I called I was promised they would make it right, they come back on Monday take it and I get a voicemail at work stating they scuffed up my brakes and that is how they "fixed" it. I called after bringing back and the owner loyalty manager Mark Leonard and I chatted and he stated my brakes were @ 70% . so they magically go from 50% to 70 % over night . I would not recommend any one to purchase here because my brakes still aren't fixed and if they would have done it right the first time things would have been better . But the lack of communication , the story changes and lies are NOT acceptable when trying to buy a quality used vehicle. And the detailing was trash my 7 year old could do a better job . Trying to get anyone that actually cares and wants to provide good service and make things right has been impossible.

Its funny how I just found my review from 2 yrs ago. I had a wonderfully buying experience back then , but today they wanted 3k over MSRP on a k5. Kept insisting that I come in to see a new car, that is generally a sign of. A sing of a long drawn haggle in play. Just sad to experience a 180° exp with the sales team over here.

We couldn’t have experienced better from charmingly helpful Neil Evans, when we took delivery of our gleaming Kia Niro today. We truly received 5 star treatment. He is the jewel in Edwards’s gleaming crown, and I would have no hesitation in recommending his admirable service to all others, so thank you enormously, Anthony and Sheila.

Edit:7/23/22 Customer Service came and talked to me while I was waiting for my cars recall to be taken care of. Right away after they saw this review, since I was a first time customer they took a bit longer than I excepted to put all my info in even tho I had a appointment with them that day. They had excellent service, took only a hour like they said on the phone. An they even did a full inspection on the car, Vacuumed the car, and Washed it. Even tho this dealership is out of town for me. I plan on always bringing my new car here for maintenance. Since all of the previous maintenance was done there. Thank you Marc an Tony. I love my car, I'm happy they take such good care of there customers. --------------------- They're pretty busy at lunch time now that I am here. I made a appointment online for this location on their own website for a small software recall on the engine. They didn't have me in for a appointment in there system. Kind of Annoyed about that, they are really busy. When I came here ten minutes before my appointment time an probably have to wait longer now because of that. Otherwise they got me in. I bought my Kia soul at another kia dealership in Omaha. But I brought it back out here because that is where the car came from from the first owner/lease that first owned my 2020 car.

Service is terrible and has 0 communication, don’t bother making an appointment to get your car inspected because they don’t even touch it that day. I made another appointment to get a part put on since they had to order it and they couldn’t even do that because Eric didn’t put it in the books so now I have to wait a whole month for a part that takes 45 minutes to put on. My appointment should’ve been easy but it’s been so stressful working with them and a waste of my time. I won’t be back to get my car serviced if it’s this much of a hassle for an inspection and a part. Edit: I originally rated this 2 stars but they have made my experience better. The manager followed up with me and got me in sooner then my original appointment for my part to be put on. He made me feel like they genuinely cared that I had a bad experience to start. Overall the job was done good and I was able to get my part on sooner then I anticipated.

I can’t even gather my words to explain why I’m giving a rating of 1, although I would rate less than one if I was able to. I have never felt so brushed off and taken advantage of by a business in my life. Steve and Andy are the only individuals that have made this experience the slightest bit ok Update I was able to speak with Chuck to voice my concerns. He understood my frustration and did his best to get my issue resolved. Even installed a remote start at no charge. Andy and Steve were great to work with. While initially I had some frustration, they really ended up working with me to help resolve the issue and make sure I was comfortable with the outcome Update Stay clear.

I recently traded in my car and and just wanted to leave a review as I wasn't able to complete the survey on time. My salesperson Lindsay worked with me the best she could to get me a fair payment and deal I hope she stays for a long time. The hidden gem to this place is Ron the fiance guy, he's straight forward and no nonsense with helping the customer do the best he can to hook them up with next step of the process. During the next step there was a hiccup with one bank so he found another which honestly gave the same deal and you could tell he was passionate with helping the customer get the best deal and even if it wasn't quite what you were hoping he gave me advice of what to do financially to get me where I needed to get to that with refinancing down the road. Thank you to the entire team.

I have a great appreciation for the Edwards Family of dealerships. I try and visit just to see what is new in Motorsports often but this time I had to take care of an unpleasant task at Kia. My daughter had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from this amazing team. She has always been treated well and the sales and finance staff have worked hard to get her into her first choice of vehicle which kept her going back. Her passing caused me to return her brand new leased 2021 Kia. I'm sorry I did not get everybody's name who helped me, but they all made this so easy from the sales rep that greeted me in the lot to the manager who did the paperwork. You made this experience pleasant and as smooth as it was for Vivian to get the car. Thanks to this family owned business, is shows how much you appreciate your customers and employees who treated this return with the same car and enthusiasm that they would a purchase.
