Tom in the paint department was very, very helpful, and friendly. He even made some small conversation with my 8 month old. However, we went to go and buy a sink and NOONE was able to help us. Everyone was on break and in the back.

Very clean store. Dianna Nickel is a nice lady. Very helpful. I have to say. Out of all the Lowe's store. I have ever been to. Dianna really knows everything about her department.

Tami helped me select the exact paint I needed. She showed me where to sit while I waited for her to go get the cans. (I'm unable to stand for long). The only problem was waiting in line to pay. There was only one clerk at the 3 person windows. That was very hard for me. The person at the window was friendly. I noticed the scooter while I was sitting. Next time I'll get one..

Was there this morning 8:05 to buy an 8’ 2x12 and get it cut , stopped at the pro desk asked the girl “is anyone cutting wood today”? She says yes, i pick out my board and drag it to the saw and wait. And wait. And wait! 25 minutes in a nice lady named sherry wanders back and asks if i need help and immediately gets on her radio and summons help, Long story short i waited another 20 mins and no one shows So i give up and go home! Sad , i live right across the street! But i will be driving to the competition

Best service I have probably ever had! Jeff helped me and maintained a happy face the entire time and that just made my day. He got me set with everything I needed in such a short amount of time and made sure I was happy with my visit. Thank you Jeff!

We had a large item return. Peter was very helpful in getting the heavy items out of our truck. The return (with receipt) was painless. Great location, fast and clean service. :)

They do have some exceptional employees, and this review shouldn't reflect negatively on them. However, just save yourself the headache and go down the street to the orange store. I was told in not so many words that if you are not a commercial account, you're not a priority. So basically my loyalty and money is not appreciated. They lost a longtime customer who has spent thousands over the years.

Had a great trip to Lowe's today. A young man helped us find the grill we were looking for and loaded it on a cart for us. We also bought some gardening/landscaping supplies. They had everything we wanted, check-out was fast and we were outta there. Exactly what you want in your home improvement store. Highly recommend!!

Great visit. Look what I made! The staff was helpful with picking out everything i needed. I used newspaper and a marker and scissors and a utility knife as well as a tape measure to make a template then i transferred the markings onto the vinyl and cut it out using a ruler and the rest. Came out great! Hopefully will extend my tile's life for a year or so while i save some money to get my tile redone. 26 bucks for the vinyl and a few blades for my utility knife.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I paid close to 7000$ for a privacy fence. I have had multiple issues. First, they installed the gate crooked and with a huge gap, completely negating the purpose of a privacy fence. Next, they damaged my neighbors fence doing the install and was rude when addressing her about the repair. They did not do tye repair properly. Finally, today my fence literally fell apart. I have included photos of everything. The installers were less than excited to help with the subpar installation. This is absolutely insane. I can not believe that this is the quality work provided by a home improvement company. I feel like i got this done from Ikea. Ridiculous!
