Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location. I came in because my check engine light was on and normally it comes on when I need an oil change however they told me I was misinformed and did not need an oil change but I needed a tire rotation and air filter change. I deferred to their expertise however the service was very poor. When I got my car back everything looked and drove fine but when I got home my partner noticed that two of my four wheel covers had fallen off and one was about to. Unfortunately this resulted in having to buy a set of new wheel covers cost me over $200… an expense to me that should not have happened in the first place. I would not recommend this location since they do not take the time or effort to make sure they’ve done a quality job. Services: Oil change, Tires, Air & cabin filter replacement ~Emily

Not gonna say this place is the best in the world but they get the job done fast and fairly cheaply. Your local garage is always gonna be the best option but these guys are fine as well for someone who needs a quick last minute oil change. Will probably be under 50$ for most vehicles. ~Jacob

I found out I had a flat tire the other day (thankfully, I was next door at Walgreens). I thought I would have to wait forever & I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare. I thought it would be expensive. Well, not only did the man at the front desk look outside and tell me he already could see why I came in. He was so kind and caring. He basically told me it's not fun when things come up like this, and he's going to get me in as soon as he could. I then gave my son a few quarters to get some m&ms while we were waiting..he was struggling while trying to hold them all. The man behind the counter offered him a cup so he could put all of them in there (my son thought that was the nicest thing) lol I will gladly say ALL of your employees deserve a huge thank you! I didn't wait long at all AND you didn't break the bank. All of you are so kind and you guys are now my new go to for all needs for my car. ~Andrea

I heard good things about Professional Muffler and took my car in to have the front brakes checked, as they specialize in brakes. Another shop where I had an oil change told me the front brakes needed to be replaced. The guys at Professional Muffler were professional, courteous and helpful! They inspected my brakes and called me promptly to let me know that my brakes didn't yet need to be replaced. They told me what % worn down they were, and suggested I check them again in several months based on the amount I drive. I asked for an estimate and they had my car and estimate waiting for me when I arrived. This was my first experience with Professional Muffler and I'll definitely go back. This place is best. Of all the places to get your vehicle serviced THIS place is by far the most reliable, dependable and honest you will ever encounter. Everyone from Gary to Gavin to Andy to Everyone else that works here is a top-notch person. These people work hard to gain your trust. They're open 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Limited times on Saturday. They will do everything within their power to not only tell you what if any problem you have but will show you what your problem is.
