I almost never write reviews, but I received an *unsolicited* text message today (three days after visiting to get my oil changed) requesting that I leave a Google Review, so here we are. As far as I can tell, they did successfully change the oil in my car, but managed to improperly reinstall the plastic belly pan below the engine and lost one of the four bolts that holds it on, causing it to flap and scrape against the road while driving. I fixed it myself, because I obviously don't trust them to do it right. The parts department at the car dealer charges $13 for the single missing bolt, which I'm just going to write off as the lazy-tax for using Jiffy Lube rather than changing the oil myself. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location. I came in because my check engine light was on and normally it comes on when I need an oil change however they told me I was misinformed and did not need an oil change but I needed a tire rotation and air filter change. I deferred to their expertise however the service was very poor. When I got my car back everything looked and drove fine but when I got home my partner noticed that two of my four wheel covers had fallen off and one was about to. Unfortunately this resulted in having to buy a set of new wheel covers cost me over $200… an expense to me that should not have happened in the first place. I would not recommend this location since they do not take the time or effort to make sure they’ve done a quality job. Services: Oil change, Tires, Air & cabin filter replacement

Went in a few days ago after my check engine light came on after work, so I drove over to see if they had a diagnostic box to plug in. After waiting for about 15-ish minutes, this cute chick with a knee brace came in and informed me it was caused by my exhaust leaking. So I took the news and decided to get a second opinion and went to a Jeep dealership, they chuckled and stated it has nothing to do with my exhaust as it's still in perfect condition yet rather it was a fuel cap/eco valve. Always get a second opinion after leaving that place, my jeep wasn't even moved and they said they figured the problem out which they clearly just guessed.

Bunch of kids working here. While normally I don’t mind, in this case I am trusting them to change the oil in my vehicle. While they did change the oil, they said they couldn’t rotate my tires because the lug nuts where swelled. Well that’s all fine and good except they weren’t because they are a one piece lug nut - it’s impossible for them to swell. They didn’t want to do it because it was 3pm on a Saturday. Won’t use again. Service: Oil change

I was in a time crunch and needed a quick oil change before a trip out of town. I pulled in and was greeted by staff immediately. I explained my situation and was assured that they would get me in and out as fast as possible. I was then greeted by Destiney at the front desk and explained to her my situation. She was funny and personable and told me she would take care of it. Long story short, Destiney made it happen. I was in and out of there in record time. They all worked together, communicated professionally and did a fantastic job. Destiney D., Brandon N., Cael and the rest of the staff deserve a raise. Destiney, Keegan and crew are awesome! They were out of synthetic oil, and they went the extra mile to get my daughter’s car up and running. Destiney also vacuumed the car, which was full of two huskies’ shedding hair. Can’t begin to say how much I appreciate Blairs Ferry Road Jiffy Lube. I’ve been going there for years, and today showed me why I keep going back!! Well done!!

The most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. Not only so they walk away from customers who walk in for service. They are disrespectful, pushy, and have no. I will never step foot in the business again. They knew my engine was misfiring. Changed the oil, bullied me into paying for it. Then laughed at me on my way out. Went to get my oil changed about 30 minutes before they were to close. They were in a rush and didn't take ANY care to prevent smudging up the interior of my car with oil and dirt. It's all over the running boards and the glove compartment.
