My family is new to the area and have looked at several different places to service our 5 vehicles. I’m a former mechanic and can spot trustworthy auto repair facilities. Duck Creek is one of the Trustworthy Auto Repair shops in the area. As an example, here recently my daughters car developed a slow leak in the drivers front tire. She took it to a large chain near her work and they told her the tire had a hole 3mm from the sidewall. Being familiar with tires, I knew the tire would need replaced if that was the case. Unfortunately I already knew the tire was leaking from the base of the valve stem, diagnosed by me with a bottle of Windex. We picked up the vehicle and brought it straight to Duck Creek and sure enough they performed a proper diagnosis and repair costing $35 versus the price of a brand new tire. Further, when I contact Duck Creek, I work with Mitch, a young, up and coming service advisor who has been taught and trained right, and understands the value of customer service. Mitch even helped me pick out custom wheels and tires for my 65 Mustang. Moreso, he was very patient with all my questions and ideas related to procurement of the wheels and tires - not easy to find considering todays supply chain delays and hard to find parts. 5 stars for Duck Creek and Rockstar Mitch!!!

We were on a cross country trip and blew out a chunk of tire. Mike and the others were so friendly and helpful and got the tires we needed and fit us in their busy schedule. Would definitely recommend them.

Brought my truck in for oil change and ac not blowing cold air. Found out it was a bad compressor. Mike was great in finding part and dealing with my warranty claim. Technician John was able to install it and have me back on the road the next day.

Great experience that included me NOT buying a tire from these guys. I noticed a screw in my tire near the side wall. It is a unique high performance tire that is rather expensive - only two available in the country. They found one! When they went to put it on, the owner Ron happened to be in the shop and looked at my existing tire and found that the screw was only superficially in the tire - barely more than a screw head. Turned out I didn’t need the tire after all. I will absolutely return when it’s time to replace the tires. Very honest. much appreciated!!!

Kudos to Keenan and the team at Duck Creek Tire & Service. I had previously taken my vehicle to the local Subaru dealership, where they informed me that the reason for the warning light on my car could only be solved by replacing the part in question, costing almost $600. The experienced technician at Duck Creek Tire was able to diagnosis and solve the issue himself in about an hour, without needing to replace the part. I will definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this business in the future.

Ron's Toy Box at Duck Creek Tire put a beautiful ceramic coat on my red Mustang. That was the best decision I ever made. The car looks shiny and new now 2 years later This past week I took it in for inspection on its warranty. Brittany spent alot of time and attention bringing the shine back to life. I give Ron's Toy Box and all of his staff a five star rating. They pay attention to detail and are competent and courteous.

5 stars for having the exact tires (size and load rating) in stock. 4 stars for price. 4 stars for length of time it took. 3.5 stars for not cleaning rims (grease). 5 stars for getting air pressure within one lb of accuracy. 5 stars for friendless, 5 stars for having cool cars to look at while you wait. total 4.5 stars. I would return as a customer.

I was really impressed with the way the sales people treated me. Very friendly and accommodating. Even while I was in the waiting area, several employees walked by and each greeted me , asked me what service I was waiting for, and wished me a good day. The waiting area had comfortable couches and chairs. These were much better than the usual plastic seats at other waiting areas. I will definitely use them for not only tires but routine maintenance like oil changes.
