Got lucky? Hope not! Excellent service. Called to get appt for A/C charge - told me to bring it over and he'd fit it in!!! Walked in to the guy on the phone with an anxious customer. I was so pleased to observe the time he took with explaining to the customer, in detail, answers to any and all questions - and added additional information. He really wanted the customer to be satisfied. - Oh - and he recharged my A/C and I was out of there 45 mins later. He said "I left it running for you so you can tell it's fixed" - BBRRRRR!!! After an oil change at this location, I experienced very rude staff and an oil leak until my next oil change (improperly installed filter). I decided to give them another chance with another oil change, and this time they said they applied my coupon, but instead charged the full amount. At least it doesn't leak this time. Very fast and friendly. I was able to get four tires installed on my Dodge Ram 1500 in less than 2 hours which frankly is hard to find these days, keep up the great work!

I could not get my license plate off, so I dropped in. The wonderful lady who works there took my car in the bay, took out the stripped screws, put my new plate on and then----did not charge me one cent! How nice is that??? They have my business going forward!

Woke up to negative 15 windchill & saw the tire was flat again, second time this week. Got out the air compressor & filled the tire. Kids off to school & made a call to CarX. They got me in that day & fixed the tire within an hour. Once again top notch service from a top notch shop. Service: Tires

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I’m not sure how they are with service on cars, but the man at the front desk was the most unprofessional person I have seen. I waited for awhile before he would even help me and witnessed him being rude to others as well. He told me it would be an hour and a half for an oil change. One person said they were told it would be an hour and a half for an oil change and had been waiting over 3 hours. Another person wanted to leave their car in the lot for their appointment the next day and he told them he couldn’t talk to them and they had to come back on the day of their appointment. I will not ever go back to this business.
