I brought my 2021 Nissan Murano in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. This was done, plus the technicians found a nail in my right rear tire, brought it to my attention and repaired the tire. I was very pleased with the extra level of care and concern they took with my vehicle. The staff competently did the tasks they were asked to do AND took the time to go beyond that to ensure my vehicle was in excellent condition.

Rudest car dealership employees in the whole QCA! My salesman lit up a cigarette while sitting next to me in a golf cart without even asking me if it was ok. When I told him I have asthma he gave me attitude and threw his cigarette down like a Lil kid throwing a tantrum. I was so appalled at his behavior that I took my business else where! Will never return or recommend anyone to Courtesy!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x at Courtesy Car City. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle nor for purchasing "add-ons" in the Finance Office. Totally customer focused across the board. I highly recommend contacting Joe Campagna if you're interested in buying a vehicle. He genuinely listens to what your saying and is focused on meeting what you're looking for. He's one of the good guys. Missy in Finance was excellent to work with. I was in-and-out in less than an hour. Now, I did have to wait four weeks for my truck to come in. However, that's the nature of the beast with supply-chain issues. Joe kept me updated on the status of the truck, which was awesome. I know car dealers get a bad rap but Courtesy Car City is the exception to the rule. Definitely deserving of being the Quad Cities #1 Car Dealer!

Salesman Bob Mitchell was very knowledgeable and helpful when I started looking for my new car. No high pressure sales tactics!! On the day I came to buy my new Nissan Kicks (Black Friday) he was busy with other clients so Joe Campagna was a great salesman to help with the final purchase. I 100% RECOMMEND Courtesy Car City of Moline! From the moment our salesman Joeseph answered our call to the point of financing our vehicle with Marty, we felt we were part of the family there and were not talked into buying a car! Instead we were very well educated before buying, on the do's and the dont's on if we buy, and how to buy, and what to buy! I have dealt with many different car dealerships and these two gentleman by far 'take the cake'!!
